Phil, yes, they will work and are equallly compatible with either a RH or LH Receiver's ejection port.

The grips will work just fine on either a right or left handed 870

to follow through the ejection port will not matter. As far as the grips are concerned neither the grip or forearm will block it (ejector port)on either side
