Yes, this will function properly in a Glock 30.

Daniel, sure will. Glock 21 magazines will fit the Glock 30 no problem. The only issue you would have is if you reverse the magazine release and put it on the right side. Hope this helps.

You will have to add night sights. This just comes with Glocks standard white dot front sight and white u shaped rear sight. Sorry but hope this helps.
