Orlando, your sling ring size will depend directly on the width of sling you want. You will need at least a 30 to 32" Sling. Most slings are adjustable.

Can u mount a light to the magazine without hurting the finish

it would depend on the type mount. Electrical tape is better protection than masking tape

Jim, this will depend on the mount type. A piece of masking tape will be some inexpensive insurance to help protect the sinish.

Is the trigger GROUP not guard made out of metal? Like all the pieces for the trigger and mechanisms for it to work. I read mavericks are all plastic inside. Is this?

i wanted to put one of the slide on front sites, saw some made by truglo, but doesn't offer one for this gun, will one fit , if so which one? thanks mac

They won't fit they would need gunsmithed for this model. Other SXP models come with LPA Ghost Ring rear sight (insert), Winged fiber optic front sight
