This model is a decocker version of the basic CZ 75 B model. The decocking lever mounted on the left side allows the hammer to be easily lowered on a loaded chamber for a safe, ‘hammer down’ carry.

CZ 75 B is used by more Governments, Militaries, Police and Security agencies than any other pistol in the world. The CZ 75 is quite possibly the perfect pistol.

Designed in 1975, the CZ 75 is the flagship model of the CZ handgun line with over one million produced. An entire family of pistols is available based on the basic CZ 75 design: compacts, decockers, single action only, ambidextrous, alloy frames as well as competition pistols.

The CZ 75 BD is the best for my all around range gun, fun gun and carry. It\\\'s a great compromise between size, weight, and shoot ability. I have had it almost a year and am about 950 rounds into it and love it. Runs like a champ.

As usual, Buds has great service and very friendly support personnel when needed. I purchased the CZ75B because these are great guns and are extremely reliable right out of the box. At the range, I found this gun to be quite accurate and it performed flawlessly with all types of ammo. What a great gun built by CZ and no wonder why CZ is considered the 1911 of Europe. These are great guns and can be depended upon to work exceptionally well under all conditions. Thanks Buds for a great product!
Best regards, Jeff

This is my first CZ pistol and I admit I wish I had tried them many years ago ! What a great pistol, I picked up mine at my FFL a few weeks ago and got it out to the range today. Ran about 100 rounds through it without any malfunctions. Accurate right out of the box, reminds me of a slightly larger Browning Hi Power which is my favorite gun. The decocker works great and I'm looking forward to working this into my carry gun rotation. Great price and great service as usual from Bud's guns, I'm a very happy customer.

This pistol is one of the most accurate I have ever shot. Fit and finish are very good. I have fired 500 rounds of 115, 124 and 147 grain ammunition with not one single malfunction. This gun feels great in the hand. recoil is very light and follow up shots are quick. The Czechs know how to make quality firearms. I ordered this item on a Friday and it was at my FFL on Thursday. I have purchased four handguns from Buds and have never had an issue with the purchase process or shipping. Buds does a great job of taking care of their customers.

CZ 75 BD bought Aug 2018. This experience started off on the wrong foot. FFL I chose got broke into the morning it was delivered (I almost ended up on the news), then I used 147 grain ammo, like I do in my other 9\'s, and the first round didn\'t even load right and I got a FTE pretty much in every mag and I only put 14 in a 16 rd mag. Was not happy. Called CZ, they said that gun has a CIP standard chamber, not a SAAMI chamber, and that\'s about the only gun made any more that does and they\'ll ream it out for me but it\'ll take 4-6 wks. Said it likes 115 gr and most 124 gr ammo. Went out again tonight with all sorts of 115 & 124 gr ammo. Shot 200 rounds with no problems of any type. Life is good again. It likes 115 gr Win FMJ (white box) ammo the best (or so it seems to me) because it puts it right where I want it. NATO ammo did also. 115 gr Rem HP shot a bit high left and so did Hornady 124 gr XTP reloads. But I had no problems of any type with the 115 and 124 gr ammo and now I have to remember NOT to depend on it with 147 gr ammo. Gun shoots real nice, I like the sights, DA/SA is good, some travel in the SA. Half cock on the DA is awesome, best I\'ve ever shot, it\'s how I\'ll carry it. All in all I\'m very happy with it. Solid gun. Fun to shoot, feels great in my hand. I have big hands.

I\'ll start by saying Buds service and delivery have been great across several orders. I purchased the CZ-75BD from Buds in Dec-2017, so I\'ve had it about 7 months. I\'ve put 1,100 rounds through it and haven\'t had a single issue. No misfeeds, no failure to fire, no ejection issues. The only thing that may startle you is the ejection velocity. In a range with side walls, I\'ve had lots of casings bounce off the side of my head, hit my right shoulder, or end up hitting people standing behind me. It spits brass like it\'s pissed. I\'ve shot 115-147 grain new and reloads (hollow point and FMJ), and defense rounds - no issues with any of them. The gun is fairly heavy, which is one of the things I like about it. I think it\'s much easier to stay on target for extra shots with a heavier gun, and this one holds 16 1 (17 1 with aftermarket mags). I\'ve had several others try this at the range, and they\'ve all been able to group tightly with it in rapid fire. If you could only have one gun to defend your house, the CZ-75BD is a great choice. I love this gun.

Kinda bummed when this was ordered it was listed as BD Police and I only got a regular BD. Other than that, CZs are fantastic and my favorite pistols. BIH.

The Omega has the full "upswept" Beavertail. The 75 BD has what I call the stubby Beavertail. The original 75 B (excluding the stainless and SA models), 85 B, 85 Combat and 75BD have the stubby Beavertail. The stubby Beavertail, for my hand digs in a little bit, and I can't get as high on the gun as I want to. That being said, to me, the 75BD has the better trigger system. I prefer it over the Omega. The Omega trigger system has less parts, maybe justifying the price. Same goes for P-07/P-09 being on the cheaper end(price wise) of CZ products.
