As always, The product was the best! The order and the delivery was the worst, It could not have been handled more poorly by any retailer? Let me explain, Buds has been notified I get no mail at my residence, And they said they do not ship to po boxes? I disagrred, but it is their policy, so I play by the rules! That is where it should have ended?, But greed must be an actor in this? I recently ordered a new set of sights, The ad clearly stated, Free FEDX delivery! I knew when I seen the fedx I could order, all my past fedx orders come to the door and no mail box is needed? Long story short, FEDX did not deliver the item? USP was suppose to, but they didn't deliver either! They took it to a post office to be delivered by the mail man!! Guess what this led too? Yes, I had to call the post office, put a hold on the item, be there before 4 to pick it up, And pay for return shipping?? Thanks a lot BUDS! I know a few dollars is not worth this discussion, But all together I guess this added about 20 dollars to a set of sights, They are worth the difference, But it left a sour taste in my mouth, and in the long run, when guns are not selling so well you will see that your word is what keeps companies in business during the hard times! You can enjoy now/! Guns are a great business, But you know as I do all things come and go, That is why lasting buisnesses always have put the customer FIRST! All of this makes me sick, But the one thing that stands out in my mind is, You did not ship as your ad indicated, And then you chose an alternate shipping method that you knew was improper for my situation. Next, You do not ship to post offices?? You know where I had to go to complete this order? The post office!! Get in the real world, People who live in the fifties? That's ok, but you have to keep your word as they did. You want to sell like the fifties, but profit like 2016?? Shame on you Bud!
