Winchester M70 Ultimate Shadow Hunter 325 WSM Bolt Action Rifle - Stainless/Silver, 24" Barrel, 3 Rounds, Synthetic

This is my first Winchester model 70 I've gotten since the very first new hunting rifle I bought, which was a model 70 Lightweight in .270 Win. Made of American components, in Portugal by Browning Viana, the fit and finish is impeccable and the light weight is impressive. I am hoping the rubberized stock inserts survive the test of time but the recoil pad works perfectly for the caliber, when tested initially with 200gn Winchester Accubond ammo. This gun absolutely loved the ammo and the felt recoil with a 200gn round,sizzling at 2950 fps, was very manageable and you're talking to a guy that is beat up by 30-06's. Beautiful camo stock, SS barrel, tack driving accuracy and my deal at $731, was the best thing since sliced bread. Love this rifle and proud to own another model 70. Highly recommended if you're lucky enough to find one.
