• Q: Is this firearm MA compliant? I just want to make sure because it says CA compliant. I had an issue with the M&P 22lr when it was listed on Buds website as MA compliant.

  James, it should be good to go as it is on the MA handgun roster. That being said, Firearms on this Approved
  Firearms Roster do not necessarily comply with the requirements of the Attorney General’s Handgun
  Sales Regulations. I would check with FFL before ordering. Have a great day!

• Q: On the different versions of this gun, under product information. There are different types of actions. semi, single-double, and lever. On a pistol, what does lever action mean? Is it still semi automatic and I'm over thinking it?

  This is semi automatic, the lever action was just a misprint on buds end. This is a single/double action semi automatic. Wich means you can pull the hammer back for a nice light single action trigger pull, or you can just pull the trigger and the trigger performs two actions it pulls the hammer back and drops the hammer hence double action. This is my wife's carry pistol and she absolutely loves it and I've grown pretty attached to it myself. Hope this helps.

  I own one and great pistol. Length 6.3, height 4.5, and width 1.1. I'm a big boy and it's just big enough I can get a good grip and small enough it'll fit in my front pocket.

  This is indeed model thats on the CA doj approved handgun roster.
  If its not letting you purchase this pistol as a CA resident l, you'd need to Call buds during buissnes hours at 859-368-0371, 9am-9pm eastern Mon-Fri
  Or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and closed Sunday
  They should be able to help you.

  Anthony, This is the old model P22. Just CA compliant and on the CA approved list. CA has not added a new firearm to the approved list in years. They did just add a Browning 1911 22 lr pistol this year https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/handgun/1911-22-a1-gray-fss22-051879490

• Q: I can't find this or any guns that currently have Layaway options... are all layaways currently suspended? Or will I get the option ONLY after joining Team Buds..???
