Yes, you can change the buffer tube, or you can just remove the foam cover on the back and add a brace. Adding a stock would make it a SBR, which requires approval from the ATF and that you pay a $200 tax.

Michael, yes Sir you can. You can add any Brace for AR's of choice and not change the classification from a Handgun/Pistol without issue.

Can I replace the butt stock with after market?

Yes, but be very careful as it has to be a stabilizer brace so it does not become classified as a "Short Barreled Rifle" SBR which would be a NFA item.

How is the recoil on this?

very mild recoil the gun has enough weight that the .223 does not produce much "felt recoil"

What can I say about this gun. It's fun and shoots very well with little recoil despite its size. Never had any miss fires or problems with any ammo I put through it. Not very practical except for maybe home defense. It's just a very cool looking gun and great conservation piece. I enjoy owning this gun and I'm happy with my purchase from Bud's. Would recommend for what it is.

This AR is a beast, took everything I ran through it with no problems but beware its loud as ever, took my AK with me also it was louder then my AK

The db15 AR pistol is it great firearm never misses a Beat doesn't Jam it's really loud and a lot of fun to shoot I recommend this firearm to anybody and I recommend budsgunshop to anybody

Over all I am very satisfied with this pistol. It arrived in great condition and as advertised. One item of note is the hand guard is slightly different than expected because it has keymod on the sides (which was a welcome surprise). Currently I have put just over 1000 rounds through this weapon with 0 malfunctions or issues. On your first outing just be aware that this puppy is loud!

This is a phenomenal AR Pistol. I added the KAK Shockwave brace, Sig Romeo Red Dot and some MBUIS sights and a Noveske blast director. So far I have shot 300 rounds through it without a single failure of any kind. It doesn't seem to be over or under gassed......tosses the spent shells in a nice pile. Mine is the 10.5" barrel version....couldn't be happier.

Was really impressed with the quality of machine work. The forearm really is slim and light, but manages to to balance the weapon nicely. A lot of thought went into selecting the right components in this package. Will probably purchase another without any changes.
