An absolute must-have if you own an M1A/M14. Loading and unloading mags is quick and easy with this, the rounds just drop in. The only con I can think of is that the plastic part that pushes the rounds down is a little flimsy, and feels like it might break on the last round. I've loaded 10 mags with it so far, and it hasn't broken yet though.
