I live in Nevada but having trouble finding this model that’s is not California because it has LCI. But if I get this because I want it badly can i take off the LCI?

I would say it might void the warranty on it firearm. If that isn’t an issue with you then I would either have a qualified gunsmith give you his input or but this one then somehow find just then slide. I live in California and have to deal with Loaded Chamber Indicators on some firearms. I thank Sig Sauer for this, though. Without them doing this setup Californians wouldn’t be able to have it. You’re in Nevada, right next to me. Lucky. LOL.

I wouldn’t do it. Just get the right one. Last thing you want is a failure because of it.

If you really don’t want the indicator just look at other online places. The indicator should be able to be removed.

What is the SA pull weight AND does this have a short reset function

yes it has the SRT trigger and trigger pull is around 10 lbs DA and 4.5 SA

What's the difference between the Scorpion Elite and the Extreme besides the beaver tail and the paint job?

The only difference is the colors. I own them both.

the color and the beavertail like you noted also if one is SA approved and one is not you may have things like the LCI (loaded chamber indicator ) and a Mag safety which are mandated by CA

Oh Steve, Both of them shoot very accurate too. I kinda like my Extreme better though it's a beautiful firearm.

can you run the 15 round mags in this gun? Is it any different than the reg p226 other than the mag capacity I do not live in CA and was just wondering about that. thanks
