Windham Weaponry's SRC (Sight Ready Carbine) Timbertec Camo features a 7075 T6 aircraft aluminum receiver, black hardcoat anodized and finished in Timbertec camo, and a Picatinny rail gas block to be optic ready. It has a chrome-lined, 16" 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel barrel with M4 feed ramps, an aluminum trigger guard, and M4 double heatshield handguards. The stock, forend, pistol grip and receiver are finished in Timbertec camouflage. It is chambered in .308 Winchester and comes with a 20-round PMAG. It comes with a hard plastic gun case with black web sling and Q.D. sling swivel.

Recently purchased the SRC 308 TimberTec. Rifle operates very smooth and trigger is nice and smooth also.

For years I have been waffling about purchasing an AR. Im glad I waited. This gun is a dream that I would recommend for anyone. The recoil is much less than I anticipated, my 11 year old son and my friends 9 year old son both love shooting it. After shooting it this weekend my friend has already ordered one for himself. We ran several different bullets through it from cheap to expensive and had no issues at all with the gun. I like the Windham Weaponry story and after reading all positive reviews I decided on the Windham src 308 . I couldn't be happier with the easy process and great price I got from Buds.
