It is not legal to add to a Shockwave Gary. You would need to apply for a NFA Tax Stamp and register as a "SBS" Short Barreled Shotgun with the addition of any shoulder stock.

do not change anything on the shockwave you will make it a ILLEGAL NFA item

It does nor have a sling stud but does have a sling attachment slot in front of the position adjuster Gary.

This Recoil-Reducing Folding Collapsible Buttstock is a modular collapsible buttstock and pistol grip system for Mossberg 500/590 shotguns. It features a patented recoil-compensating system for unparalleled recoil reduction. The rugged adapter design features streamlined hinge. The stock is locked in the open position by a robust claw with a button release allowing the stock to fold. Spring tension holds the stock in the folded position, with the user pulling the stock to unfold. System is ambidextrous and can be switched to fold left or right. This combat-proven GLR-16 stock has a rubber recoil pad and is adjustable to five positions. It is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, steel, and Mil-Spec reinforced polymer composite. There are storage compartments in grip and battery storage on the buttstock.
