  No unless it is broken modern pumps have a trigger disconnector to prevent this from happening the last major model pump with a slam fire capability was the early Winchester model 12

• Q: I was wondering with this being a fixed cylinder, what cylinder is it and can it shoot both slugs and buckshot?

  it is a fixed (non removable) choke of cylinder constriction (cylinder is the most open choke (short range) . yes you can shoot buckshot and slugs through it with no issues for best accuracy use the Rifled slugs not the sabot slugs
