The G2 Research Radically Invasive Projectile (RIP) bullet is a copper hollow-point with the tip of the bullet consisting of eight trocar-shaped petals which, upon impact, act similar to a holesaw. RIP bullets act like a FMJ on impact in solid objects, and as the bullet passes through soft tissue it expends its energy. The design allows for an ease of entry by reducing the deceleration at the point of impact, causing potential energy to be conserved, thus delivering a deadly kinetic energy wave.

I bought these rounds not thinking very much about how a bullet is loaded into a chamber but thought about it quite a bit when I saw what happens when large cuts are put into the tip of the round. You get feed issues, which seems to be worse the bigger caliber you buy. Cool looking bullet for movies and stuff tho lol

These bullets are very impressive. My friend was afraid to just pick one up out of the box. So far, they feed fine. At 4.00 each, I only shoot 4 or 5. I load my magazine with these for home defense.

My prefer carry cartridge for my conceal pistols. Love these rounds not only are they interesting to the eye but the effects of the bullet when entering the target is incredible, light rounds when firing as well. Little recoil.
