The Mustang Lite is small, lightweight and boast enhanced durability, reliability and accuracy, making either an ideal handgun for personal protection. The precise machining process, use of high quality materials and improvements in design make Colt s .380 Mustang lite one of the most consistent and reliable firearms on the market. The stainless steel slide and barrel are CNC machined from solid bar stock for precise tolerances. With loaded magazines, this handgun weighs less than one pound. It measures 5.5 inches long and has a 2.75-inch barrel. The minimal weight and length of this gun, combined with the short single action trigger, grip designs, frame designs and firing pin safety block make this firearms ideal for personal protection.

Bought two, one for the wife and one for daddy! Oh yeah what else to say, It's a COLT! Bud's showed up and showed off with a price that could not be beat.
One last thing I bought a couple of Armalaser green light lasers TR17 which went together perfectly.

Great little gun!!!! Looks good too! Make sure you get the 7round extended magazine for it!! Better grip with it. Wish it came with another magazine but this great gun for E.D.C....

This is the best conceal carry gun! I have always loved Colt Mfg and so I decided to purchase a nice small piece for personal protection and this was the best decision I could have made! Absolutely love it! Ran 200 rounds through w no snags or hang ups. The price was Excellent as Always from Buds and I could not believe it arrived 2 Days after I placed the order online! Buds I Appreciate your Services yet Again as Im a returning customer and will be back soon! Well as soon as the wife allows me to buy another toy haha

Pros: Excellent little gun. Great trigger, its a pivot trigger, not a 1911 slide trigger. Easy slide takedown. Can carry cocked and locked like regular 1911. Slide will operate with safety on. Great mag release, mags have a positive drop. The XSP has a rail for laser if desired Cons: only one magazine, 6 rounds. However, additional magazines are available from multiple sellers from $16.00 to $30.00, both colt and aftermarket, with or without pinky extension, 6 & 7 round.

Just love the 1911 features of this gun, if you're comparing this to the Sig and Kimber, those latter two are all metal guns (as is the other version of this Colt), and they are no doubt very well made guns, but I chose the Colt for it's reduced weight with the polymer frame. At 11.5 oz. this is an amazingly lite powerhouse. Not nearly as hard to shoot as I was afraid it would be, and I have big hands, but I was shooting a tight group @ 6 inches at 10 years, and I am still a very new shooter, that being just my third time shooting this gun. But if I ever use this in self defense, I'll be a lot closer than ten yards. I carry this in my pocket all the time, six plus one, locked and loaded. Very cool gun.

I don't know where to start, but I just love , love , love my lil colt! It is lite in the pocket and you really can't feel it after it's been in your pocket for more then 2 minutes. I want to buy another one really soon. I just want a matching pair lol. I carry this daily. It is fun on the range too, no kick. It can tear up a target quick. I am amazed at how fast it gets on target after the cold bore shot. Awesome pistol!

What a GREAT gun!!!!! Im a 1st time Buds buyer and wont be my last Buds was great ffl transfer was smooth and easy The gun is perfect for what i need for the time being Great Colt name Great Colt reliability function and fit awesome gun for the 1911 style lovers nice package all around put alot of rounds down range in the week I had it had a hang up on a FTF on a last round on the 3rd mag ran threw it but other then that flawless I do recommend this gun to be carried cocked and locked due to the many issues that have came up while training and practicing with this firearm such as short racking and the slide locking open on the takedown lever and such(more of a user error not the gun its just small for me) make sure to practice practice and practice some more know all the problems that can occur and how to correct them quickly and safe but this colt mustang XSP is a fantastic firearm
