Good stuff. I was hoping they had a visible colored lacquer primers, but they do not. Just the same, fed through my Colt 1991s without a problem.

My experience with "service grade" ammo accuracy wise in the past has not been good. This load was the exception. Consistent recoil, accurate at combat ranges, and clean burning. Very surprised and will be buying more from Bud's.

Great standard American made the same bullet that killed thousands of Germans, Italians...... Japanese.... in the war. It is more than adequate for any purpose defense or otherwise. I love how hollow point and frag bullets advertise damage in ballistics gel. Just sitting there. Put the gel behind some dirt, a foxhole, a wall, in a car, behind a steel dumpster, or anywhere someone you try to shoot will go. Thus? I carry FMJ as a defense round. Placement is ALL that matters. Shoot 2000 rounds of this. And be satisfied. Unless you miss all the time. Don’t take chances with high dollar frag rounds that you can only afford to do 60 rounds at the range with.

These rounds functioin well in my experience. They were a good buy and I like them.

I bought this ammo to go along with my rock island 1911 45 that I had purchased from buds.The ammo shoots great but it was not hot enough to lock the slide back on the last shot.
