Great little shotgun. Great price, feels good in the hand. Comes up quick. Takes me back to my youth when I started with a 410 side by side. Thanks Buds. You guys are great to deal with.

These are really nice guns for the money. Turkish made for savage/stevens. But nicely finished, and has screw in chokes which in a 410 is almost unheard of. And it comes with a set. Very lightweight as well and points great. Biggest complaint is the action even when broken in doesnt like to stay open, and I did have a choke get stuck. It didnt seat properly even though it was tightened down all the way and residue got it jammed in there. I got it out eventually though. So alls well that ends well. Overall a nice little 410 shotgun.

I decided to buy this gun with Bud's additional warranty but with their initial low price, the total was less than other walk in retail stores. I also paid for shipping insurance. The gun arrived in good shape at my FFL. In looking at the screw in chokes, I noted curls of metal from machining going into the tubes. I used a rounded file to remove these projections of metal which would not do the shot pattern any good. The chokes did not need to be snugged up during the round of clays. The gun seemed to not to want to open up at first, and I assume the same rough machining was at work on the insides. But in shooting one day of Sporting Clays, the gun was opening and shutting just fine. I did not pattern the gun. I had the two tightest chokes in it. I broke some birds and missed some birds. I like the fact that once the safety is off, it needs not be taken off again. I can deal with either system and my Ruger Red Labels have auto safeties. The gun is small and light. The length of pull is fine. All seems to be correctly made and I am pleased with it. David Lee Valdina, Barefoot Bay, Florida.

All 5 of the choke tubes that came with this gun were unfinished on the muzzle end. Where they cut them off they left a deep ridge turned to the inside which would tear the wad upon firing. The manufacturer sent me a new set that was the same. I had to buy a cone shaped grinding bit and debur the ridge with my drill to get them to function to check patterns. The barrels do not shoot to the same point of aim. Not a huge deal normally. I bought it to turkey hunt with with a tight choke for distance and an open one for closer in. You just have to "sight it in" with the barrel you pick to use all the time (turkey hunters understand this) and don't use the other one. I have the same gun in a 20 ga and like the fit, weight and function of both guns as far as hunting with them.
