Archangel AA9130OD OPFOR Precision Stock OD Green Synthetic Fixed with Adjustable Cheek Riser for Mosin Nagant M1891

Fit perfect for my 1891. Easy to install. Start with tightening the rear bolt first. Make sure the rear bolt starts easy and don’t cross thread it. The barrel will be tight to the stock. Get both bolts started and use the bolts to draw the barrel into the stock. I did remove the front sight using a drift punch which made getting the front barrel ring off the gun easier. I recommend the Deltac scope mount and a long eye scout scope and a timney trigger with the safety. The Deltac mount mounts to the rear sight and allows you to put your Mosin back to stock if you decide to put it back to original. I have not fired it yet because it is still at the gunsmith getting blued. There is a lot more of the barrel exposed with this stock. The stock comes with a barrel adjustment wedge if the gun doesn’t group correctly with the barrel free floating.

Great fitting stock, it was very easy to swap the rifle into. Reduced recoil felt from the rifle using this stock, it made a huge difference in comfort shooting as well. Detachable magazine worked the way it should. Looks bad a$$ as it can be.

Sexy! This was easy to install and made a classic Russian look sexy and modern. I think the instructions were clear and the finished product made me fall in love with the mosin all over again

This is a nice conversion stock to add some style and features to an old mil-surp rifle. Fitment was great.

Dropped in without any modifications. Added a Timney trigger. That too went in with no troubles. The stock made shooting much more comfortable that the original stock.

Used this to spruce up a Mosin for resale and it worked as I sold the rifle for far more than it was worth and some. Can’t really speak on functionality as I didn’t range test it. It does give a fresh look to an old school rifle.

I really hate to do this, i have had this stock long enough now to give a fair review. There are too many things that need fixing, altered, sent back or repaired. I think by now everyone knows about the magazine feed problems, then there is the interrupter problem where you have to dremel out to make room for the interrupter, you also have to dremel out the trigger guard to give clearance for the trigger pull and then there's the fact you may have to dremel out part of the inside of the stock to get the receiver and barrel to seat right. I have had to do all these things and it still doesnt feed quite right. I feel like they need to ship dremels with these stocks. I am seriously thinking about going back to the Monte Carlo stock i had before this. I cannot recommend this product, it seems they the didnt quality control the manufacturing process before they started selling these stocks. I suppose it is a good thing the prices are coming down because the way i see it, with all the work YOU have to do to get it right it shouldnt cost more than $80.
