This tool quickly and effectively cleans the AR-15 chamber in just a few twists. It features a parkerized steel scraper to remove fouling build-up and felt cleaning pads to pick up the fouling loosened by the scraper. The coated brass nose piece centers the tool in the chamber for proper cleaning, while ensuring it won't scratch or damage the firearm. Using 8-32 threads, a chamber brush or other scraper components can be attached to this tool for added cleaning. It is available in 5.56mm and comes with six cleaning pads.

This tool does work, but could be a tighter fit to clean in the corners better. It is sometimes displayed using a patch on the end of star. It might not have that capability if it was a tighter fit though. I have not tried it with a patch on the end
