After doing much research on the best option to replace my S&W Shield as my concealed carry pistol I decided on the PPS M2 with the Shield RMSc red dot sight.
My son has a Walther PPQ and I loved the ergonomics and the trigger on it; this PPS is no different, it fits my hand like a glove and the trigger has a very nice and smooth pull weight and re-set.
Accuracy has been outstanding and it has fed a variety of ammunition without any problems, I am very pleased with it so far, sighting in the red dot was a breeze.
Pros:
great ergonomics
awesome trigger and re-set
outstanding accuracy from such a compact gun
the Shield RMSc makes shooting with aging eyes easy
Cons:
The only detraction I found is that the Shield RMSc sight is not as robust as some others on the market but then it is the only sight compact enough to fit on sub-compact guns like the PPS; the Shield's lens is made from a poly-carbonate instead of glass so care must be taken as not to scratch it.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the Walther PPS M2 RMSc, glad I bought one!

Like most modern polymer striker fired pistols, the PPS M2 operates, breaks down and functions like you would expect a $600 pistol to function.
Pros:
THE TRIGGER IS GREAT - outstanding feel for a carry gun. Very smooth, crisp and not the normal mile of travel for a carry gun.
9mm is tame, a pleasure to shoot. Unlike my carry 45ACP, you can shoot this at the range with no fatiuge
The red-dot sight works surprisingly well. It will take practice to present from draw to get the alignment, like anything, muscle memory takes practice. The dot is bright enough in full day and not too bright in dark. [it auto senses]. Battery lasts over a year (it says) and if you keep it in the dark storage maybe for 2+years.
Rugged, banged it around and the sight stays true. I was worried about that. No issues
Flawless feeds and performance. So far it feeds, ejects and goes bang every single time.
Cons:
You're going to need a holster for optics or do some cutting to your favorite to get it to fit.
Over all, very accurate for the size, fits very well in hand, quality build, optics work very well.

Bud’s delivers again. Walther PPS M2 delivered in perfect condition. Just know.... It takes about a week for the financial part to clear going through the electronic check system. Other than the minor wait, the shipping is top notch.... 2-3days delivered when you reach the shipping stage. The Walther PPS M2 RMSc is so accurate, it’s almost laughable. Recoil is non existent; I currently have a G/43, S/W performance 9mm ported slide, as my carry. The PPS M2 is the reigning King 👑
