I have owned several ARs and use a dept. issued sig for work now but used this prior to that time. Very happy with the performance and reliability of the rifle and would recommend for anyone but especially for when you are counting on it. I felt strong enough in this rifle to carry it while working in a law enforcement capacity and still would if I was not supplied with one through my agency.

Very well put together package came with sights a carry bag and muzzle break needs nothing. Also comes with flat faced trigger and premium grip and stock all included. The only gun I own where nothing was changed it’s that good. Very reliable

This is by far my favorite rifle. 5k rounds and it still runs strong.

This is my second Springfield armory ar-15 rifle, they make a great gun that just plain runs, would recommend this to gun to anyone, buds is great to order from, no problems or hassles.

Wrong bolt carrier was sent in the rifle (rounded standard carrier, not the angled improved one) and the stock is so tight I can barely adjust it.
Very disappointed for this price level to see this sort of failed quality control.

Ordering from Buds was again, 100% as advertised. Highly recommend, will use again.

Ordered the Saint Victor rifle 5.56 Nato on 1 April 2020, the rifle came in a rifle bag from Springfield with a 30 round mag & cable lock. Must say I'm highly impressed with how fast buds processed & shipped my order. The Saint is most definitely worth the grab, looking forward a range day once life gets back to normal...

My saint victor came to me with a few marks on it, and the ejection port cover will not close unless I press the tab down with a pen (manufacturer error). Overall I am pleased, but the marks are annoying for the money I paid, and it is an inconvenience to have to now contact the manufacturer to have them fix this issue. At least it is covered by the warranty. Buds gun shop kept me updated throughout the process of shipping and I appreciated that kind of service.

Great rifle so far. Only fired 180 rounds so far, but it’s done great. Flip up sights are nice, and it’s very accurate. Great quality all around, and the BCM furniture is great to have stock. Highly recommended rifle!

Absolutely LOVE this weapon! Out of the box it looked and performed flawlessly. Paired it with the Sightmark Wraith and let's just say that it's a joy to shoot both day and night. Great product and I strongly would recommend anyone looking to purchase a firearm to consider Bud's.

This is my third order from Bud's. As usual, flawless transaction, fast shipping, etc. Now to the Saint Victor in 5.56.
First thing that comes to my mind is quality. As a retired Army Grunt, I'm very familiar with the M-16/AR-15 platform. Many of the ARs I've handled and/or shot have felt cheap.The ones that didn't cost over $1200. This rifle felt good in my hands. This was everything I was looking for in an AR and it was below $1000. Amazing!
I did about 75 rounds at the range today to break in the Saint Victor. No malfunctions. Trigger is now about 5.5 pounds with very little take up. Accuracy was excellent at 25 yard with the stock iron sights and 60 year old eyes. Even a few one hole groups using cheap 55 grain ammo. Love the flat trigger. This rifle is begging for a nice scope!
About the only thing negative I can say is that I didn't like the feel of the front hand guard when I was shooting off handed. But that is more of a personal point and may have to do with the other rifles I've been shooting. Anyway, a fore-grip is on it's way.
I highly recommend both the rifle and Bud's.

Extremely well built firearm for the price. After 22 years in the military, I was skeptical as to the quality of the components utilized in this build. The pop-up sights, trigger, bolt assembly, and barrel are exceptional. The Saint Victor is worth the money spent, and built to last. A truly great shooting firearm.

I have long believed that Springfield Armory offers a lot of gun for the money, and the Saint Victor AR-15 is no exception. Don't let the price tag fool you. For under $1000 you are getting a quality firearm with enough features to please both new shooters and experienced ones alike. I've put about 300 rounds through my Victor, and it's performed flawlessly. With a red-dot sight, I am getting tight groups at 50 yards with ease. The only thing I may replace is the trigger, but that is more about personal preference.

I looked online for a long time before finally buying an AR. I think this is the perfect middle ground between entry level $500-$600 guns and the $1200+ guns. Everything on the gun feel extremely tight (in a good way) and everything fits together well. So far I've run about 300 rounds through the gun without any malfunctions. I have only shot out to 50 yards, but once I adequately sighted in the gun I had no trouble hitting at those distances. In the next month I plan on pushing it out to 300+ yards with just iron sights to see how it does and I will update my review after that. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a solid and reliable AR with a free float hand guard who can't afford to spend over $1000.

First purchase from buds and was very happy with the Springfield Saint Victor. Muzzle really reduces the already minimal recoil. Pop up sights were responsive and easy to use. It came out of the case ready to shoot. Fed and shot 223/556 no problems. Came with a good carrying case with magazine pouches on the outside. Used electronic check on April 3rd and had the gun in hand April 15. Not bad overall very happy with the purchase and using buds.

This was my first experience with Bud's Gun Shop and definitely will not be the last.

The Springfield Saint Victor Rifle is a great shooter, very smooth and in my opinion has one of the best triggers out of the box.
Got it home, cleaned it, then went to the range and fired 200 rounds of Federal 5.56x45mm NATO 55 grain.. No issues!
The price was a little more then I wanted to spend but the quality is definitely there.
