Very nice gun and very happy with it

I've been a believer in Tisas since first 1911 they sold $340 and looked like made in garage. Shot everytime, still does. This pistol is pretty nice, lil heavy but shoots good.

The Tisas Commander stainless is a really good buy. I’ve always wanted a stainless 1911 but didn’t want to spend too much. Tisas is really making a name for themselves with lower cost quality 1911s. This gun looks great and I haven’t had any issues at the range.

Worked perfectly out of the box. I ran a lot of ammo through this pistol and never had a si file problem. Feels good in the hand and very little felt recoil. Fun to shoot and has a great look.

Got one Buds as usual fast shipping. This is a good quality gun. Awesome fit and finish. 100 rds no issues. Don't think about it, grab one!!

This is an excellent firearm. It was also an outstanding value when purchased. Everything is going up in price, so pick one up soon, I highly recommend. Give it a thorough cleaning and oiling before taking it to the range to minimize break in time.

SDS 1911 4.25 barrel by far the best 1911 I have ever owned very reliable affordable and dependable

It's a beautiful piece.
Ran accurately and flawlessly.
Issues it came with were: the mag release required a bit of polish and lube so a mag could be inserted (without pressing the release). Very easy to do.
Also the factory mag didn't like to serve up the first round, but my two aftermarket mags ran great. Outside of those two minor issues, this is the bargain of the century. 100% recommend this 1911 from SDS/Tisas.
I'd rate it at 4.5 stars, if I could pick 1/2 stars. The mag release is what kept it from being a five star rating for me. Nearly perfect though.
It really is gorgeous. If you are looking at it, buy without hesitation.

Awesome carry size stainless steel 1911 .45 acp. Love this firearm. I ended up changing out the plain looking black plastic grips with dark red G10 grips and stainless syeel screws from amazon. The gun shoots well and looks beautiful also.

The .45 looks great. Definitely has some weight to it. I purchased this because of the great price. I would definitely recommend!

Great purchase! The process was easy and delivery was quick. The SDS 1911 shot great and was in perfect condition when picked up at my FFL, thanks Buds!

To begin with, I was very surprised and pleased with the quality and finish of this weapon. The trigger is crisp with no play. The over sized beaver tail with the memory bump on the back safety is a nice touch as is the three dot sight system. The weapon shot great out of the box with nice grouping at 25 and 50 yards. The magazine was a little tighter than I like. I found myself struggling to get that 8th round in the magazine, however it fed great with no hiccups. Ammo being the price it is, I only shot 50 rounds of 230 gr ball ammo through it at this time but looking forward to see how it holds up in the future. With its slim profile, I have no problem carrying it as a concealed personal defense weapon.
