This was a really cool Optics Ready pistol at an excellent price firing a unique cartridge. The grip is a bit long in reach for small and even medium hands, which is unavoidable given the 5.7 cartridge. The trigger is good for a striker fired pistol, and the broad trigger safety (dingus) actually makes engagement more positive and reliable than with narrow dinguses like what's on Glocks.

Shipping takes a bit longer if you use a check, but they tell that up front, and everything goes just like they tell you. No surprises. Everything right on time, and communications and website to tell you everything you need to know. I haven’t got around to shooting my new gun yet, but I will be next week after I get my optics on it. Meh gun jams, and neither magazine stays in the gun, the both randomly slide out of the gun. And both had a sticky dry residue on them. Almost like owning a more expensive hi point.

This was my first time trying 5.7 so I didn’t want to go all in on one. Came across this at a very reasonable price and after over 200 rounds with zero issues I’m very pleased with this pistol. The trigger is surprisingly good especially at this price range. I have no complaints and am looking forward to getting my optics in for it. Shipping and customer service was fast and on point from Bud’s as always!

I truly enjoy My Tisas PX-5.7. It shoots great & has very little recoil. I haven't shot it past about 10 yards yet but going out to My 50&100 yard range to see how it does. I read reviews on ammo & only am shooting the 40 grain as the 26 grain didn't show very good results in the reviews. A good gun & a great price.

Bought this around Christmas but just now getting to review it. First, great service (as usual) from Bud's, price and shipping. Took pistol to local gunsmith and had Holosun sight mounted on it before going to range; great thing to do for my old eyes! I had an excellent time at the range with this Tisas 5.7, with a small anomaly that is probably more my fault than anything else. With the slide held back by the loaded magazine and then released, all rounds fired with no problems whatsoever. However, if the slide was closed when the magazine was inserted and I hand cycled the slide, the first round would invariably FTE; this happened 4 separate times. Again, if the slide was already back and released, no FTE problems or any other issues at all. That's why I think it might have been the way I pulled the slide all the way back and released it that caused the problem. The pistol was a little tough on the trigger but I call that just needing to be broken in and not an issue. By the way, used Fiocchi range ammo for all shooting, 50 rounds worth, and really liked it. I'd buy this pistol again, it shoots very well, and mounting a sight on it was no problem (note: went to a gunsmith for the sight just in case different screws were required).

Excellent option for home defense or practical shooting, low recoil and reliable. 400 rounds and no failures. There is practically no recoil. I am delighted with this marvel and I recommend it 100%.

A good shooting gun. There hasn’t been a problem in about 150 rounds. Holds a tight grouping. A really fun gun to shoot and I would absolutely recommend this gun.

First of all, the shipping and service from Buds was great. The Tisas 5.7 is a very well balanced pistol, it comes in a modest polymer case with its cleaning accessories and a safety lock. Please note that this gun comes prepared for RMSC optics only and mounts directly on the slide without an adapter plate. If you wish to mount an RMR scope you will need to purchase the mounting plate separately. The trigger is SPECTACULAR and is made entirely of aluminum alloy. Buy this beauty and enjoy the incredible 5.7 caliber

Great gun! Even at twice the price. It has an amazing trigger, better than the FN. The fit and finish is great. The sights are very good but not quite as nice as the sights on the FN. The gun feels great in the hand. Can't wait to get a red dot mounted on it.
