I had to trim the back side for the magazine to slide in and seat. Afterwards, operated normal. Very hard mag to find. Glad Bud\\\'s had it.

The rifle is a quality firearm EXCEPT for the magazine. It leaves a lot to be desired. The five round, blue is the better one, the five round stainless, not so great. The ten rounder failed completely, in stainless, and the one seven rounder that I received in exchange for the ten rounder has not been tested, yet. Bud\\\\\\\'s customer service was great, however. Contacted them about the ten round failure and they got me a replace and a credit ASAP.

Received the order fast. The 10 rd. magazine allows more leverage to move while it is in the gun, causing failure to feed. Exactly what I wanted. Thanks Bud\\\'s !

bought this mag to use in my Mossberg Chuckster 640KA which happens to use this mag even though it is generally listed for some of the Savage WMR guns. The Mag works good like a simple mag should in a bolt action gun.
