Awesome little pocket gun, that to me is surprisingly easy to shoot despite its small size!

This gun is exactly what I was looking for. Small enough to holster in my pocket and enough fire power to do the job. I originally was looking at a 22. Glad I opted for this. Love it.

Unfortunately couldn’t make it through one box of ammo without 3 failures to feed. Purchased a new magazine so will see if that helps. Would not recommend ruger in the future. This is my second ruger to be unreliable out of the box.

great pocket pistol. Might take some getting used to due to how small. Not bad recoil for it’s size but I would advise serious range time to get the muscle memory down.

This is the smartest little CC gun I have ever owned. It's about half the weight of a Sig Sauer P238 and about one third the size of a Glock42. Don't get me wrong, I loved the Glock and the Sig Sauer but if I'm gonna hump those around and try to CC them, I might as well get a 9mm. This thing slips right in my jeans back pocket and no-one is the wiser.

This was my first purchase with buds. Everything went great and fast service. The gun was just what I expected size and performance.

Exactly what I was looking for. Small, extremely light pocket gun that isn't a .22 or .25. Thin, light enough where you can slide it into your basketball short or pajama pants pockets. If you have deep pockets you can actually forget it's there. I oiled the slide and ran 50 rounds through it flawlessly. Ruger offers a 7 round magazine that extends the grip just a bit more than the 6 round magazine so you can fit your pinky on there (and I have small hands).

I have fired several hundred rounds through it with no issues. I will recommend only using Ruger mags. I use both the 6 and 7 round Ruger mags. I did run into an issue with an off brand magazine. I painted the front and rear sights, and they do hit where you aim. I strongly reccomend this pistol, but don’t overlook the Lcp Max.

Full disclosure... I have only owned this pistol for 2 days and have only taken it to the range once, putting 75 rounds through it, but I like it a lot. Interestingly, I tried an LCP II .380 at a Bud's range a few months ago on the 10/10 plan and really did not find the trigger to my liking as it has a lot of pre-travel compared to my other Firearms. However, the need for a smaller, lighter, warm weather carry gun coupled with the crazy low price right now ($245!) and the availability of a few reasonably price trigger upgrades convinced me to give it another try. I kinda planned on just doing a Sigurd or M-Carbo trigger kit right away, but took this to the range to practice some draws and test a couple brands of ammo. To my surprise, I quickly got used to the trigger and now think it is pretty good--certainly something I can get used to with practice. I ran Remington FMJ and Hornady Critical Defense through this without any issues. Accuracy is very good with disciplined technique. I was pleased to find the LCP II fit a Sticky Holster SM-1, which I already had, and drew perfectly. This thing is comfortable and easy to conceal. The biggest "gripe" I read is that this is snappy and uncomfortable to shoot. I disagree completely. I can only get two fingers on this with the 6-shot magazine (with pinky extension), but I think it is more comfortable than my GX4 and had more manageable follow up shots. The slide release is a bit stiff out of the box, but they all are and will probably ease with use. Breakdown and cleaning is straight-forward. So far, I really like this and feel like it and, if it stays reliable, it might be IWB even in cold weather months!

The LCP was reliable and ate all types of ammo and the recoil wasn’t bad considering the weight. Bud was customer service was excellent and were fast with the shipping like always.

AMAZING little pocket pistol. I forget that I even have it on me half the time, its everything I had hoped for when looking for an alternative to carrying my subcompact 9mm appendix carry during the scorching summer months where I live. Less rounds, sure, but still enough in my humble opinion. Bought a 2-pack of factory OEM mags for this baby and have been pocketing one where ever I go. Ruger makes SOLID firearms, both they and Buds will be getting my future business 100!

Nice little vs pocket pistol. But, trigger pinches your finger when the pistol is fired.
