PRIMER ONLY. Will not cycle most semi-auto guns. However, it is great for indoors or quiet outdoor shooting at 25 yards and less. Great for teaching new shooters using revolvers or bolt action guns. Quieter than my Gammo air rifle.

I love these rounds for plinking in the woods with my Henry lever action. I have shot well over 1,000 rounds and yet to have a squib but be mindful these are recommended to shoot out of a revolver not a rifle barrel. All in all I'm super happy with these.

These are nice rounds for plinking and the small varmits that run through the pasture close to the house. very quiet!!

I use these for shooting indoors or in the garage. No louder than an air gun. Does still stink up the air so need a fan & open window. Will not cycle a semi-auto, so revolvers, bolts & break-action only

No issues with feeding or eject, but was using a Bolt Action Rifle :) Extremely Quiet report (none really) that really surprised. When we first fired it we were not sure it was not a FTF round. With a bolt action rifle, no noise but the firing pin's "click". Exceptional silence! Would definitely buy again.

Use them in my Henry Quiet ! great fun.

Quiets? Not so Quiet as I heard when shot in a rifle, which is warned against due to clogging in barrel.
About as loud as a Cap Gun or small firecracker in my Heritage Revolver with 6” Barrel.
They Are 2/3 less loud than the CCI #12 Shotshells I have.
Also pack a punch at 60ft into my wood fence.
Stronger than my CO2 BB Pistol.
Puts holes through sparrows at close range. 4-5 ft. Killed 2 House Sparrows in my Trap
With 1 Shot. Frey were sitting side by side. Not sure how that happened. Maybe one jumped on top
of the other the instant I fired???
I should be able to Ding my 8” Steel Octagon at 80 ft

This ammunition is not powerful enough at 20 g and 420 ft./s to cycle my 22 Long rifle I could not get through clip without having several jam upsThis was used on a brand new Rossi RS 22

Cap gun quiet in my Cz452 and Ruger MarkIV. They will not cycle in an auto but that is to be expected. Perfect little round for taking care of backyard pests without bothering the neighbors.

I love it, I just wish novelty ammo had a bit of a better price. I do accept that the price is mainly in the Ely primer, I've never had a misfire out of one. I will still buy more again, I probably have shot close to a thousand rounds of this ammunition so that ought to tell you something huh.

Hello to everyone who reads this review I want to keep my review short and simple. I absolutely love and highly recommend Aguila Colibri this is absolutely amazing ammo that is by far the queitest ammo I have ever shot. I personally have and use a Savage mark ii that is 22lr obviously that I shoot this ammo out of and it has performed flawlessly. I'm sure you may see many other people's reviews and will see and hear things like this ammo should not be shot out of rifles and should only be shot out of a pistol or revolver I highly disagree with those statements and have found that for me personally this ammo works just fine out of my rifle and does not get stuck in the barrel like some may suggest. If you are on the fence about purchasing this ammo don't be. Please get it you won't regret it. Like I said if extreme quietness is what your after this is the ammo for you. With that being said the only negative is that this ammo is very weak at just 8 ft lbs so it basically is equivalent to a 17 caliber pellet gun in terms of power so just keep that in mind. Can you hunt a squirrel with this I would say yes but only at very close range and even then I don't per say recommend this for hunting. I suggest only using it for fun plinking and shooting non living things. This concludes my review thank you for taking the time to read this. Quietest ammo I've ever used. Really doesn't make any noise at all. Excellent for trapping and bird hunting

These things are quiet ! and really fun to shoot.

Love this stuff! Been shooting this in my house into a bullet box for years from long rifles and it's quieter and less FPS than a Red Ryder BB gun. Lots of fun and useful for sighting in a new scope or laser. I just wish it were cheaper than regular .22 ammunition.
