Shot it for the first time today, and color me unimpressed. I'm no brand snob, and wanted very much to like this very handsome revolver -- but I had multiple fail to fires with different brands of ammunition, and in both .38 and .357. Having read many reviews and watching multiple YouTube comparisons I knew it was not going to be Python comparable, but the hammer tang hurt my thumb and the trigger hurt my forefinger, in both single and double action firing. In single fire, the bottom of the trigger has a tendency to pinch my finger, and in double it just feels as though it's filing the skin. Unpleasant. On the plus side, recoil was very manageable, and shots went where I aimed them. I'll take a look at the trigger, and see if there is a burr that can be stoned off or similar. If not, I'll be seeing about trading up.

I had to ship this back to EAA in Florida after around 100 rounds because the cylinder would not release. I had to pay shipping and transfer fees, and their customer service could not be worse. When they finally replied to my email, they said they had already shipped it back to my FFL. There was no explanation for why the cylinder got stuck and no note on how it was fixed. I like the gun but don’t trust it and if I had it to do again I would by a S&W 585.

I like this firearm i carry it has ccw some times , i run fmj .158, loads .it runs out grate i my go to a180 load or a 200, but i don't know if i should?

Been looking for a good 357 pistol and this gun is absolutely perfect for the price. The frame is almost the same as a python. Fits good in my hand and not that heavy for EDC.

Great little revolver, especially for the money. Solid quality at a no frills pricepoint. Feels good in the hand, no issues and the 4" barrel leaves option to conceal or open carry. Very impressed with the EAA Windicator, can't beat it for the value. Nice gun!

A little rough around the edges and the sights aren't the best for my failing eyes but it handles well and is more accurate than I am. Would be a good truck or backpack gun.

I bought a EAA 357 after I done some research, and for the money you can’t beat it! It shoots straight right out of the box, recoil is very manageable even for my old hands I would highly recommend it to anyone. And buds took care of me with Aplus service.

Others have criticized the handgun for being heavy, but when firing magnum loads you want a heavy gun. The grips are a little small for my paws, and I wish Hogue would make some bigger ones, but I'll get by. I will probably modify the front sight to a more visible one, but there agin it will entail some surgery on the present front sight.

This firearm feels good in the hand. I haven't shot it yet, but I am looking forward to seeing how it handles.

Nice revolver! Put about 100 rounds through it so far; 38 special, 38 special p and 357 magnum. The gun shot comfortably and reliably. Great buy. The only thing I would change is the grooves on the trigger. They dig into my finger and I prefer a smooth trigger. The transaction with Buds was easy and I would buy from them again.

Great backup handgun. Load some lite 357 rounds or 38 plus hollow points and forget about it.

My EAA Windicator arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. It fits perfectly in my hand and although I have yet to fire it, I'm confident that it will suit my needs as I have difficulty operating semiautomatics because my hand lack sufficient strength. I'm 100% pleased with the purchase and I feel that the price is fair.

The finish for such a modestly priced revolver is very good. It is a solid and rugged revolver that inspires trust and dependability. I have yet to test fire the German crafted iron but I have no doubt it will perform superbly as rated by prior users here and elsewhere. I bought with confidence and so can you. Where else will you find good quality for such a low price?

It's a solid revolver. I enjoyed the 38.special ammunition, at the range, compared to the .357 magnum cartridges. My hands are old, and though accurate, and functional,.357 rounds kinda hurt.

Don't let the low price fool you, this German made revolver is awesome, it has functioned flawlessly, in everything I have fed it, with ZERO issues, If you're in the market for a great low priced revolver, you can't go wrong with the Windicator

This pistol is one of the best I have owned for the money. I would rate it right up there with more expensive ones. Really surprised of the quality in which is produced in this firearm. Rugged and a bit on the heavy side but that what makes this pistol to me. Give it 5 stars at a great price.
