Great gun. Wish they still made them.

Awesome gun. Tight finish. Shoots great groups. The only thing I don't care for is the ambidextrous safety. It will make you grip the rifle a little differently while shooting due to recoil. The ambidextrous saftey will be removed before the next time it is shot. Great rifle

The dpms compact hunter arrived quickly and packaged new. No issues from buds with delivery. The rifle is much nicer then expected. Although a 308. In the hand it feels like a at-15. The fit and finish is excellent. Dpms leaves plenty of room on the muzzle for threading. The rifle is super light and will make an amazing deer rifle for the mountains of NH and Maine.

I'll be honest.... I was very hesitant to buy a gun online, especially after reading multiple negative reviews. I looked all over for the gun I wanted, and saw it here for a way better price than any gun store around here could have it ordered for me. After days of hesitation I finally got the courage to hit place order, and I couldn't be happier. The whole experience went smoother than I ever expected. Also I love the lifetime warranty option when checking out. I will always check here before buying anywhere else in the future.

Several hundred rounds and never failed to cycle. I have only used DPMS magazines. I broke in the barrel per the instructions. Sub-MOA with atomic match. 2 MOA or less with basic hunting ammo in 150 and 180 grain (Federal SP and fusion, Winchester XP and SP, Hornady SST) off sandbag at 100 yards using 1-4 power leupold scope. Only 7 lbs naked, 8 lbs with scope and mounts (highest leupold rings). Easy to handle. Bulkier than a bolt gun but very fast follow-up shots when needed. Great hog gun.
