This is my first handgun purchase and I love it! I have been to the range. The gun shoots well and no issues. I haven’t added red dot yet but it comes with the necessary hardware to mount it. I like this gun to keep with me around my farm but it is a bit large for conceal carry. I recommend it as an enjoyable firearm to shoot. Great customer service from Bud’s and quick shipment.

I would highly recommend this gun to anyone that is looking for a MOS version of the Gock G19. This Gen5 model comes in a very nice package, and is easy to handle. Just so that you know the MOS is sold separately (~ $400) even though the picture on the website shows it already mounted, but the MOS mounting hardware comes with the pistol which is a plus.
Also, Buds has the best customer service around, and their pricing is very competitive. The website is easy to use, and their on-line chat help center is very professional and eager to answer any of your questions. I tell all my friends about Buds!

I do not understand why anyone would buy a G19 and NOT get the MOS version....
So, I own a G19gen5, G19x, and a G45. If you are in the market for a G19, please, just get the MOS. I do not run an RMR on the pistol often, but when I do, the MOS makes it easy.
Reasons to buy this over any other G19 version:
1) The G19MOS doesn't have the small cut out in the magwell that will pinch your fingers. 2) It doesn't have the stupid finger grooves. 3) can use other G19/17 magazines (unlike the 19x which has a different baseplate).
I shoot about 10,000 rounds of 9mm per month, and this gun has slowly become one of my favorites. If you are in the market for a G19, even if you do not use an RMR, get this version. You are welcome...

After buying the Gen5 17 I decided to buy the MOS 19 for an RMR ready pistol. Just like my 17 the 19 is an excellent shooter. Glocks are dead on reliable and the front side serrations are a nice touch. Buds is awesome and I'll continue using them as my firearms supplier.
