the purchase of my S&W AR-15 was an outstanding buy. When it arrived and I expected the package I was very empressed with the weapon and included items , the carrying case, ammo loader and mag. and ready for front & rear sights. I would encourage any sportsman to go after this package. Only problem, I have to figure out how to operate the ammo loader.

I've had this rifle for 5ish years now and have yet to have anything go wrong!!

S&W has done it again. The M&P Sport is perfect. Style, handling and performance Love the feel and out of the box was perfect. Easy to clean, a pleasure to shoot. Buds is THE go to place for all your shooting needs. GREAT people and so helpful.

I have enjoyed my M&P Sport . It is a really good product from Smith. The magazine reloader and carry case were a nice bonus.

Shoots Hornady 53 grain Vmax like a champ. Don’t spend 1,000s of dollars on over priced name brand AR’s. The M&P’s are perfect.

Product was stolen before I had a chance to shoot it. When it arrived I was very satisfied with the overall appearance and feel.

M&P fit, finish and function as expected. Been through probably close to 1000 rounds thus far and haven't had a single malfunction. Not even a failure to eject. This gun will take a bunch of punishment and still operate.
Only complaint is that the taper pins used to secure the front sight block/gas block on this thing drift the opposite direction of most ARs and require some SERIOUS force to remove. I had to use a 70lb Wilton vise, a ton of Kroil and some redneck ingenuity to bust that thing lose. Keep that in mind if you intend on doing any handguard mods.

got it for a great price!! with the price its easy to throw a scope, light, new rail, grips and more mags at it. put 120 rounds the first outing, not one problem. great deal and as always buds never lets you down!!

First time owning an AR so was really looking forward to getting this in. I have to say I have not put many rounds through it yet i am upgrading the trigger. But so far I am really enjoying this AR and the auto loader is a must for these. I mean you can reload a mag in about 10 to 20 seconds with 30 rounds. My only recommendation is do not buy cheap magazines stay with the P-Mags because I bought a couple of extra mags at my local gun shop because they had them and when I went to use the speed loader it never got past the first 10 rounds. It just kept jamming. So I was putting the rounds in manually and come to find out the cheap magazines had sharp edges and small nubs that were getting in the way. Bought two more P-Mags and they work flawlessly. If you are interested in one of these buy it optic ready and get you a Pinty Scope off Amazon and this things rocks. I was getting a 1/2 inch cluster at 100 yards.

I absolutely LOVE this rifle! As always dealing with buds everything went smooth and it was waiting at my FFL within 3 days of paying for it. It shoots so smoothly and I've ran almost 300 rounds through it without a single malfunction and considering the price it is EXTREMELY accurate. I've been holding a 1.5" group at 200 yards!

I purchased the S&W M&P15 Promo Kit and it made it to my local FFL in the time expected. This is what I would expect given the fact that I've never had a issue ordering from Bud's. As far as the rifle, there are pros and cons with this rifle. I'll start with the pros. The price was really good and it came with a case and a mag charger. I went out to the range over the weekend and it functioned flawlessly and the accuracy was in line with what I would expect from a AR with a 16" barrel. I used a few different kinds of ammo and it functioned well with all of them. Overall quality was good for the price, but it's definitely not quite up to the level of my other (much more expensive) AR. I wanted something more affordable with the sole intention of having a cheaper rifle that I can run a lot of rounds through and this works well for what I bought it for. The mag charger worked well and made reloading my spare magazines a piece of cake.
As far as cons, the base of the hand guard was a little too large for the delta ring to fit correctly and they don't have the heat shields in them. I had a set of stock hand guards from my other rifle and they fit perfectly so I just swapped them out. This is an easy fix and I probably would have swapped out the hand guards anyway so it wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me. On the case, there is a center pocket behind the M&P logo and the stitching on the Velcro was already coming out. Also, the bottom edge of the pocket had completely pulled loose from the seam. However, the zipper construction on the main part of the case and the zippered pocket on the outside front section are well constructed and the mag pouches seems to be good. Overall, I would purchase this again if I was in the market for an affordable AR.
