Well first off buds is by far the best place to get anything 2A. And secondly the springfield xdm elite 9mm is the best feeling gun I have ever held in my hand it is extremely accurate and hardly no recoil at all great gun !!

This is such an awesome pistol. The ergonomics in the grip and aesthetics of this pistol, makes it feel great to shoot. It is highly accurate and a pleasure to have. I prefer this over my G19x.

Beautiful handgun. Not an EDC; this one is for fun. Love the combination of practical safeties, and the balance is spot-on. SA really makes nice weapons.

Ordered this 4.5 ELITE on 8/9/21 received it on 8/17/21. Next day at the range, shooting 124 gr S&B ammo, the gun and both 20 rd. mags ran without out any problems at all. The cases ejected into one small pile (mostly), that is a plus, at a outdoor range. I shoot a lot and right away I like this gun for range and nightstand duty. Fit, finish and function -perfect. This is a really nice gun.

Super acurate, smooth shooting

Another that I have no complaints about. The elite has had nearly 1000 rounds through it with no issues. A little heavier than my P10F but for 550ish I'm happy.

Haven’t thrown a lot doe range yet, but I’m very impressed with a number of things.
First, the balance of the gun is exceptional.
The sights for an old man like me are really nice.
And the trigger pull is as smooth as silk.

Awesome firearm. This is the second Springfield pistol I have bought and it’s sweet. The new hellcat rear sight is amazing and the flared mag well is a fantastic addition. Awesome and fast shipping through buds.

This gun is great. Shoots smoothly with no failures through approx. 500 rounds. That includes various grain ammo including steel case. Love the sights. Quick acquisition of target with a crisp audible/tactile reset. Applied Talon Pro grips which, in my opinion, made it perfect. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

If you've been lurking on the website and thinking about buying this, DON'T WAIT. These will sell out because they are a very high quality pistol. I recently purchased this and took it to the range for a quick 60 rounds and it shoots very nicely. You can look at the previous reviews from other folks who have way more rounds through this pistol and a lot more experience, but suffice to say that my quick run through appears to align with all the rave reviews. Great sight picture with a white semi-circle between the two rear sight posts and a highly visible red front sight makes this pistol very easy to aim and shoot accurately. Pistol shoots well right out of the box and is smooth operating. Twenty round magazines fit perfectly and eject from the magazine well very readily - almost like it is propelled out of there. The mag well is tailored made for quick magazine changes. The trigger is quite nice too - not a 1911 trigger but still very good for a polymer pistol. Quick story, many years ago I took a 16 hour defensive pistol class and it poured the entire weekend - I mean cold, miserable and rainy - everyone's pistols were malfunctioning - FNPs, 1911s, even the instructor's Glock jammed - the only pistol that kept ticking was a Springfield XD that a guy was using and that was the older model....and I mean everyone's guns were soaking wet, but that XD kept going strong. I couldn't believe it and ever since then I've wanted an XD and when this upgraded model came out, I snatched one up. If I had the money, I'd buy another one and just store it - and I might do just that! Kudos to Bud's staff for speedy delivery too!

This is my 1st order thru buds which I will rate 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. This Springfield XDM Elite is my 2nd gun purchase next to a Taurus 709 slim that I use for CC. This Springfield is also what I consider my 1st top notch firearm purchase. I took it to a range a few days ago and the XDM Elite shoots like a dream. I was hitting a silhouette between the shoulders 25 yards out without barely trying. The recoil to me is minimal probably due to the 4.5" barrel. I was also getting great groupings when practicing double tap firing. All in all I am rating this XDM ELITE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I plan on increasing my firearm arsenal in the near future with more top notch guns like this. To be quite honest I am even thinking about getting a second XDM ELITE as impressed as I was with this firearm. If you're contemplating getting this firearm, don't. No pun intended but just pull the trigger and buy it. I've got a gut feeling that this will be one of the best arms you will own.

I'm a first time gun owner, after almost a year of researching I finally decided to do with Springfield Armory.
-It is easy to take apart and clean.
-it has great safety grip witch was my main concern ( safety grip is confortable)
-came with 2 mags
I'm happy with this gun and would recommend it.
Ordering online from buds was really easy and I got it 4 days later (this is during the cororna virus pandemic almost everything takes 3-4 weeks to arrive)

This was my first purchase from Bud's and the service was perfect. The pistol arrived in two days and in excellent condition. I have only shot 150 rounds through the Elite. It is functioning flawlessly. The sight picture is good, and the flared magazine well makes reloads smooth. The factory five shot test group was slightly left of center and could be covered with a quarter. That far exceeds what my skill level will ever be.This is a solid pistol.
