I didn’t pay much for this .38 model. With this one, you get what you paid for. One barrel wouldn’t fire. I called and they sent a new set of firing pins, I don’t believe this was the problem. I haven’t tried shooting it after. There was nothing wrong with the pins I pulled out.Trigger pull is definitely different to get used to. In a life or death situation, I would shoot the first round and then just throw it for the second round. Not going to spent any more time with this one.

I got it now for 2 years. No problems at all. Inexpensive and reliable. What else can I ask for. Excellent buy

This is a cute, inexpensive derringer that shoots a BIG bullet! One doesn't generally think of .38 Special as being "big," but it sure FEELS enormous when shooting it out of THIS little item! Ever been hit in the hand with a baseball bat, swung at full force? Me neither, but I'm pretty sure it would feel like shooting this gun. If you're ready for the shockwave, you're okay, but...be ready. I did like that you can easily remove the rather hideous trigger guard. For the price, and for what it is, this little pistol does its job well.

Shipping was quick after purchase. I went to range after picking up from ffl , very pleased with the gun, will make a nice backup.

I just brought this firearm, tried it out for the first time and misfire, misfire, misfire…… maybe after the 8th time - the bottom barrel finally shot, All misfire’s now. No complaints about the trigger though… I guess I gotta call the manufacturers

nice little pocket gun with a punch. i love the feel of this bad boy in my hand.

It would be hard to find a gun with a harder trigger pull than this one. Bought it for my wife, but she cant pull the trigger on the thing. If you like derringers, perhaps stay away from this one.

DONT BELIEVE THE BS. HARD TRIGGER PULL? Not extreme for a Derringer. Inaccurate? Not for up close and personal. Awesome little gun revamped by Bearman. No more Cobra. They went out of business

I am terribly unhappy with this derringer. I just hate the way the trigger pull works. You cannot just pull the trigger. It has to be a downward action. I need 2 hands to do it.

Incredibly hard trigger pull.
Would not recommend to someone with weak hands.

Haven’t had the chance to work with it ammo wise. The heft and quality of the gun seems to be good quality. Nice little gun, quality wise. Once I’ve shot a few rounds through this little gun I’ll give a follow up review. MB
