I enjoy this beauty, well constructed, not flimsy or too heavy.

I can honestly say that I was very surprised with this little shotgun. When they say the total length is about 26 inches.... they are being generous. This thing is barley as long as two foot long subs and only weights in at just over 6 pounds. In the picture my new friend is sitting in my STANDARD size non extended harley hard saddle bag . I measured from bottom to top diagonally it was 27 inches and I was like cool I have an inch to spare. It fit with way more room then I thought!!!! The kick is not what you you would expect but I would advise a forgrip of some sort.

Due to recent health problems I have not been able to shoot this gun. But it sure looks great.

This firearm is a blast! It feels so solid even with the heaviest rounds (make sure to have a good stance when shooting slugs, almost put me on my back side). Very fast and easy to take apart and clean. I would recommend heavier shot while breaking it in, anything over 1400fps. 1200fps birdshot didn't always cycle. The pistol grip is solid and the plethora of rails make it great for home defense attachments. Definitely pick this up, especially for the price.

i absolutely can't get enough of this tool, it does what it's suppose to do with the correct size ammo of course. my girlfriend is jealous because i keep her in the bedroom with me.

A little issue with being Maryland legal... Classified as a handgun... Anyway. Not on the list yet.. So it's pending approval. Look forward to being able to pick it up soon.

Seems to work but not good if you are left handed like I am. The safety rest on top of your hand and when you shoot it when the gun recoils back the safety digs into your hand OUCH! 10 rounds and a bloody mess.I have contacted Armscour to see if the safety can be moved to the right side,but no info back from them yet.

The RIA VR80 Storm Trooper is a unique shotgun. The finish on this shotgun is perfect. It has turned lots of heads at my local shooting club. It has a removable bolt lever that is easily removed by pulling straight out with it. It's shipped with it on the left side and can be put on the right side easily. All of the controls are like an AR-15 and work the same way. Bolt release, magazine release and safety. It comes with two 5rd magazines, which are made of metal. They functioned flawlessly. I got some RIA 9rd magazines to expand the capacity of it and they worked flawlessly too. Some reviewers commented on the shotgun having a break in period. I put over 70rds through it ranging from #8 bird shot to 00 buck shot and had no issues with misfires, failure to feed or failure to eject. Shoots good and the stock and grip compliment its feel. I paired it with a holographic sight and changed the flip up sights on it to metal ones. It has plastic flip up sights from the manufacturer. I was a bit disappointed with that as the price point of the shotgun should have had the metal sights installed on it. However, I have no regrets buying it and would buy it again for sure. And I do recommend it if you want a semi-automatic magazine fed shotgun.
