Really like these shorter shells for my Mossberg Shockwave. Easier on the wrist since it’s a raptor grip.

Good price and super small shells

Awesome little shells that provide recoil like a 9mm in my Mossberg Shockwave. Easy to load-up to 9 rounds in the tube and shoot. Regular and even low recoil 2 3/4" shells make it so that you can have some issues controlling the 14" barrel shotgun, but no problem with the mini shells!

I LOVE this ammo in my Keltec KSG. It's as accurate as you need a slug to be and has less recoil. I'm so excited to see it coming back. It has been very hard to find for the last 3 years. I highly recommend this for shotguns that support short shells. They pack enough velocity and foot pounds of energy to use for personal protection outside the home but I'm not sure about hunting. I do not recommend any slug be used for defense inside of your home. I only use them for range practice and Hunting where able. Thanks Buds for always providing a great selection.

My local indoor range only allows slugs to be shot. I use these slugs in my Mossberg Maverick 88 with the OPSol adapter, and they feed just fine that way. They do NOT feed correctly without the adapter.

Bought these for use in my shock wave, have to use an adapter to get them to load reliably but will poke a nice hole into whatever you shoot with them.

Ammo is great. Makes a 12g very manageable for younger shooters.

I've purchased and shot these slugs before, and I really like them. Was able to hit on target at 100 yards with my Mossberg 500. Obviously the advantage is being able to hold more with less recoil. They really aren't all that much cheaper than the 2-3/4" shells, but that's to be expected. You will need the adaptor to have them cycle properly.

I was raised with a 12 gauge being our family's go to long gun. When I saw a youtube review on 'mini-shells' being reviewed by Aquila, Challenger & Federal, it struck my interest. None of the 3 mfg have an overabundance of these shells available. I feel they are ideal for use in a home defense scenario as they have much less recoil kickback for smaller framed family members and should be less penetrative in a home environment. Running them in a Mossberg 500 got their cycling challenge corrected with the OPT-SOL insert. Highly recommended to complete the package.

Aguilera mini shells are GREAT with the my KEL- TECH 12 gauge Shotgun.
There is little to no recoil and I went from 12 rounds to 24 rounds. Plus I haven't had any stoppage issues at all.

The mini slug shells work great with much reduced recoil, but plenty of stopping power. The only issue I’ve had with my Mossberg Shockwave is the OpSol adapter 2.0 I purchased. It has been installed correctly many times and it still comes loose causing failures. I finally used duct tape to hold it in place. Now it works properly.

Very good slugs!!! The best slugs that I have shot. They worked good with my Kel Tec KSG. No issues. Great product!

Too much fun honestly. Works great with an OpSol adapter in my Mossberg Shockwave. Really good too if you have some folks in your group of shooters that can't handle recoil of a 2 3/4" shell.

Bought these rounds for my wife to use in our new Mossberg 590 Shockwave. They have drastically less recoil than the shells I originally had that had a little too much power behind them for her to feel comfortable shooting it. These, coupled with the Mini Clip 2.0 Flex, cycle through and shoot without problem rotating from buckshot to slug. They are a little dirty, but nothing a standard cleaning won't take care of after a day at the range.

These little buggers are awesome in my Shockwave! I put about 40 slugs down range with zero misfeeds. Granted I had the OPSol mini rubber insert so I can't say how they would've performed without it, but as it was these slugs were damn sweet. Would definitely recommend and I've already ordered more. Buds shipping was great- there was a mixup where the buckshot and slugs were both delivered (according to the tracking info) but I only received the slugs. Buds replaced the missing shells right away with no hassle. Two thumbs way up

Good short distance low recoil slug. Fun to shoot. These can be hard to find and Bud's has good pricing on them. In a light weapon these are very easy to handle. Recoil is minimal and it's easy to get back on target even if you're a small frame person. For home defence they hit hard enough. They will definitely deter bad people.
