Bought this 357 Mag for my wife to shoot and was a little skeptical purchasing a handgun made by European American Armory. it arrived and I put a few hundred rounds of 385 Magnum and 38 Special through it without any problems. Five stars for Bud's and five for the Windicator. Arrived within days to my local FFL (in AZ). I put through PMC and S&B .38 special and all smooth as butter. Used some Remington +P JHP and those also ran sooth, albeit a little more zip to it. Magnum was a obviously more pronounced, but easily manageable for my wife. The four inch barrel would be much nicer for the .357, which is now on the "to purchase" list. Fun little gun, and for the price cannot be beat.

This revolver is incredible! I love the way it performs at the range. The grip feels good in my hands and even with sweaty hands I can still maintain a good grip on the gun. Recoil using 357 ammo is reduced due to the weight of the gun itself. A great purchase indeed!

Nice 2 inch barrel 357 . The fit and finish is great and I absolutely love the grips . Lots of snub nose revolvers have tiny grips and leaves the pinky hanging , not these . Also , it is hard to find a snub nose 357 that holds 6 instead of 5 . I shot well with this even though it is a 2 inch barrel . The single action is smooth , but my only complaint is the double action is way too heavy of a trigger pull . I have also read that you can't adjust it or get a replacement trigger to alleviate the problem . I have fired 38 and 357 rounds in it with a smile on my face . It is a good quality pistol and the stainless steel finish is nice . Again , some of the best grips I have ever had . I just wish I could adjust the trigger down a few pounds . I have 2 other 357 pistols and the double action triggers are on the money .

The windicator is a heavy revolver which could be detrimental to some owners but to me it helps lessen the recoil of the 357 mag. Loads. It fired well in both 357 and 38 so. For a entry level conceal. I give it a 8 of 10. Fixed sights were reasonably accurate. Trigger pull a little heavy but good on single action. I was happy with my purchase!

At first sight, I was glad that it comes with a little plastic gun case, maybe not the best case but for free you can't go wrong!. Now the revolver it self felt very heavy in my hand [and I have big hands] compared to other revolvers I had (Taurus-S&W). But I was surprised how smooth and accurate it is in the range, I figured all that heavy weight was to absorb all the recoil from the 357 mag. But it performs great on both 38spcl and 357mag. Overall I would definitely recommend this revolver,.. For the price is very good quality!. This is my new night stand gun. Thanks Buds for that great service like ALWAYS!.

I truly had high hopes for this revolver. After 197 rounds, the cylinder became stuck, trigger was locked, cannot pull the hammer back. It is going back to Buds for repair under warranty. I will update both the experience with Buds and the return of the repaired revolver. I have purchased 5 firearms from Buds, all without complication. I hope the streak will continue!

This .357 magnum is built like a tank. It is heavy but I believe that will help to absorb some of the recoil from the powerful 357 rounds. I am very happy with my first .357 revolver and extremely pleased with the smooth transaction with Bud's gun shop. I love the layaway option and have been using this to increase my firearm collection! Thank you Bud's!

This is a well built gun. It arrived in 3 days. Cleaned it, took it outside and put about 100 rounds of .38 Special and 357 magnum loads through it with no problems. With the .38 special loads there was very little kick and not a whole lot from the 357 msgnum. This gun is not a light-weight. This is a very good nightstand self-defense revolver. I liked it so much, i bought a second one for for my wife. She enjoyed shooting it. Thanks Bud’s for the quick service. I recommend this gun & Bud’s highly. This is my, i think, 12th purchase from Bud’s and they have never disappointed.

The Windicator is a great looking pistol. It feels nice in the hand and is plenty heavy. All great things for the price point. My only gripe so far is that in single action, the pistol will give a light primer strike due to the trigger being so sensitive. If you try and rest your finger on it with the hammer drawn, it strikes. I am hoping to fiddle with it a bit and tighten some things up. Other than that, for a $300 revolver it is great. Buds was great also. Fast shipping, they kept me in the loop with email. Also, great price. I will be a returning customer.

Second purchase with buds and I am satisfied again. Pretty solid firearm, well built, nice and heavy. Taking it to the range tomorrow for some practice but I am very happy with it overall.

Ordered the Windicator 770127 nickel finish on 1/14--blizzard Jonas blew thru--received pistol on 1/28. Pistol functioned flawlessly. 357s out of a 2" barrel is a flame thrower. As previous reviews note, target finding is a problem trying to find nickel forward sight thru nickel rear sight. Believe I'll try the fluorescent nail polish first. Might even nail polishing rear side of rear sight to further highlight forward sight. My 5th purchase with Buds. Buds responed like a champ considering snow days and sending people home early. Thanks to all. Wishing Bud would consider putting a warehouse in the most 2nd amendment friendly state in the country. You have my info if needed. Again --thanks to all for busting butt. TOM

Very happy with this gun, I own the 2" & 4". The Nickel finish is very nice, better on my 2". Only real cons are the sights are kind of hard to pick up & there is no crown on the muzzle on the 2". Gun is incredibly accurate to me. Was wearing out the bulls-eye at 25ft in DA mode. Tight lock-up, nice extractor. Giving it 5 stars due to what you get for the price & the accuracy. Rather own this solid German piece than a Taurus or Rossi any day.
