As usual Buds was wonderful. The gun comes soaked with in oil. hard to take down, and almost impossible to re assemble. A drop of cleaning fluid got on the stock and bleached it white. shot it once and took it to the local gun shop and sold it to them. lost 2/3 of my investment but would have given it to them for nothing. Look good but calling it a piece of junk ould be an exaggeration.

Great item. Shoots very accurate right out of the box. Hard to find magazines though, but well worth the price.

Good rifle, went to the range without changing any of the sights and it was very accurate. First time shooting any kind of rifle and at the end of the day I had 4 bulls eyes in the same target. The only thing, extra magazines have been hard to find. I find it to be a nice weight and feel to the rifle. Also barely any recoil. At the range probably fired probably 200 rounds no problem. Also this is the best price I've been able to find anywhere!

When I first opened the box the rifle was wrapped in plastic. I opened the plastic around the rifle and the rifle was covered in oil.... it was even on the stock pieces of the rifle. The rifle is worth what you pay but not a whole lot more. It comes with 1 mag that is plastic. The mag isn't the best quality and doesn't seat all that snug on the rifle either. The mags are very difficult to find and when you do they are very expensive. Overall I can't complain about a 150 rifle. You get what you pay for and I give this a solid 3 stars.

Buds was great! Fast shipping! The Arms or M1600 is the perfect gun for those beginning to get into the rifle world of guns or those that just love a accurate plinkster! Took it hunting twice and it shot better then my marlin! Great gun!

OK so its great that Buds delivered in about 4 days from my order. Thank you for the super service. My FFL told me that Buds amazes most people with the speed they get the products out. Now for the gun... Its about what I expected. It has a manual that is just a parts list with a exploded view and brief details on tear down. Not a big deal. It also has some scratches in the furniture and some rough trimming on the plastic trigger guard where it meets the stock. Nothing major again. The finish of the barrel is rough and there are some paint blemishes in the stock. The only other thing is the whole gun (stock and all) was coated with oil that was actually dripping off in a couple places. It took some wiping for the FFL to be able to read the serial number. But I think I got everything I paid for and more with this gun. I haven't shot it yet but I think its a pretty cool piece. Buds amazed me with everything from delivery to price so I give them the credit due. After all its a plinker for around $170.00 and you cant beat that with a stick with a nail in it. Thanks Buds and I will definitely order more from you. Great job!

Great little gun for targets and small game hunting.surprisingly accurate out of the box.buds shipping was slow but I understand the severe weather conditions they experienced so not a real big deal.in fact I have 2 more guns coming from buds and will more than likely buy several more.thanks buds!

What a great rifle. At 100 yards makes a 3 inch group.

Hopefully you've already done a little research already and are aware that the action of this fun little 22 has essentially nothing in common with an AR15 M4 or M16 rifle. Only the outward appearance somewhat resembles those rifles. Now for the Good: 1) Extremely fun gun to shoot 2) Surprisingly accurate 3) I've used 8 different kinds of ammo, and it liked them all. Now for the not-so-good: 1) I was disappointed when I disassembled the rifle upon receipt for an initial cleaning and oiling. I knew this was a cheap rifle, but knowing that armscor makes the Rock Island line of 1911s that everyone loves, i expected a more refined gun. It was not. The bolt was not slippery smooth, although it probably would have functioned fine. I took some 000 steel wool to it and was much happier with it. The outside of the stock is black, but it is obvious that is only some sort of coating. It appears much thicker than just paint, but it is obvious that the polymer is not uniformly colored throughout; that if one got a deep scratch there would be a light grey showing through. I was surprised at how rough the milling was on no- essential or non-critical parts. It doesn't affect the function at all, just seemed to shout out low quality to me. The end cap of the receiver threads into the rear; however, there is a set screw or retaining screw on the underside that digs right into the threads of the end cap. I didn't and still don't like that. Just take a brass bristle brush to the threads of the end cap before you screw it back in to get rid of some of the little metal shavings that may have arisen, along with adding an extra drop of oil to the threads. So far, noe of this affects the functioning of the rifle, is all just basically cosmetic stuff. However, the first time out, i had numerous, and i do mean numerous jams assoociated with the one magazine that came with the rifle. I was glad i had purchased in advance two 15round magazines from another website, and had no jams with them. The supplied magazine just had an overly tight spring which i worked repeatedly with a cleaning rod until it loosened up a bit, and also the lips on the opening of the magazine were just a hair too far apart, causing the rounds to feed improperly. This was corrected easily with a pair of pliers. Ever since, I have not had a single negative issue, and have put 3-4 hundred rounds through the rifle flawlessly. Overall impression: The gun is cheaply made, but if functions wonderfully, is extremely fun to shoot, and is surprisingly accurate. I have seen the same rifle listed for considerably more on other websites, and usually they are out of stock. If you like the looks of this one, and know what to expect, you'll always come home with a smile on your face after a few hours of plinking.

Very good gun a little oily right out of the box but It's to be expected ..shoots like a dream and is fun to play with

looks better in the PIC but is nice, the mags are hard to get in, price is very nice have not shoot it yet but hope to soon and well post more then.
