I purchased this for a buddy who is a Marine. When I found out he didn’t own a 1911, that seemed criminal to me. He LOVES this pistol. I do as well. Amazing quality.

Nice pistol, fun to shoot

The Tisas 1911 A2 .45 caliber is a fine pistol. I have put a good number of plus P hollow point rounds through the barrel with zero issues. The gun is strong and accurate. The ONLY drawback to this pistol is it's weight but this is not a major issue at all. I would rate this gun at an outstanding 95 out of 100. I believe it is worth a great deal more than its actual price.

Love these Turkish guns and are true right out of the box. Inexpensive, but, great quality. Quick turnaround delivery to my FFL. Have a couple of these and will buy more from Buds.

I love this gun. Very smooth, clean lines and fun to shoot with no negatives. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a .45 cal.

Rate 9 of on scale of 10 as best! Outstanding steel quality and craftsmanship. Tight slide action, trigger pull, excellent action. Approx 1000 rounds. NO JAMS, EXCELLENT EJECTION, EASY DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY AND CLEANING. I'D PREFER IT FOR COMBAT/POLICE/CARRY! PROBABLY THE BEST 1911 I'VE SEEN!

Good 1911 shoots FMJs great. Hollow points may require the feed ramp to be polished.

The fit and finish on my Tisas is suberb. I was shocked at the quality for such an inexpensive firearm. Awesome gun.

This was a simple 1911 style pistol. It was my first to own and I was new to owning this style pistol. Now I've had and gained much more experience I can only say this was a basic .45. The gun is cheaply made and it is what you pay for. So you fairly get the pistol you buy. It shot most loads but seemed to really not like higher quality hollow points. After approximately 50 rounds I began getting FTF,FTE, double feed and stovepipers. It wasn't a tight fit or feeling pistol it felt loosely made. It served the purpose of a low cost .45 and is likey worth what you pay. But I recommend paying $150-300 more and just get you a nicer model. I even had issues trying chip McCormick mags in it. This pistol simply over time didn't seem reliable. The factory mags with ball ammo shoots fine all day. But it's choosy of what it'll fire beyond those parameters. I have since sold this pistol to get something I liked more.

Excellent GI style 1911 from Turkey. Fit and finish was great. Gun shot reliably and had no issues thru over 600 rounds.

just took my pistol to the range and shot 190 rounds of 45 and had no problems with gun at all worked great great buy for the money thanks buds

Beautiful gun trigger pressure is good grips are comfortable and accuracy was right on or I'm just a good shooter loved it shot several rounds and performed great want to buy another to have a matching pair

This was my 7th purchase from Buds and as usual they performed great. As far as the pistol. I thinks it's great. It's a little heavy, but with that weight the recoil is slight. Shoots well, on target pretty well at 25 yards. I would recommend this pistol for everyone. You recieve great value for your buck...

I purchased one of these and it is fantastic, however after my first 5 shots the extractor rod where it ejects broke off. Not a problem I have had several American new guns do the same thing. It just so happened I got a defective one. Buds sent me a new extractor rod I also ordered a Wilson combat rod and it worked just fine no adjustments required. Bud's fitted and adjusted the replacement rod before they sent it , but it works as well. Since the little glich in the deffective rod I have ran 1000 rds thru it Abolutly no problems. Brass . aluminium, and steel and all my reloads . Can't beat it and I loved the price. Thanks hope this helps in your decision to purchase one of these.

Finally took the gun to the range today use three different magazines shot flawlessly 75 rounds fit and finish is excellent sites are good not perfect it will shoot with the best of 1911

Fantastic 1911, and not just for the money, at any price point. Very well made. I have been super impressed with the quality, fit, and finish of this pistol. I would not hesitate to buy another Tisas or any Turkish made product. Hundreds of rounds and it runs like a Swiss watch. Bear in mind it is a GI type model, gave me hammer bite something fierce. Have since replaced several parts with Wilson Combat parts, hammer, beaver tail, etc. Sights are machined into the slide, not dove tailed. Thank you Buds for bringing these fantastic pistols to market. Keep them coming. And did I mention I got it on 6 month layaway? 2 thumbs way up.
