Like it. Great for my ancient arthritic hands, easy to rack, and easy to load, due to the handy button on the magazine. However, easy to rack means a weaker spring is used, and it will not chamber rounds that are not perfect. Also needs a firm grip, I have noticed that the trigger does not reset consistently when a loose grip is used. All in all, a good gun for the money.

Great feel,all seems so well made. If I had to list a problem it would have to be that the thumb safety seems hard to work. Very happy with it.

I purchased the Smith & Wesson earlier this year ,and I have fired approx. 500 rounds thru it. It preformed perfectly ,no jams ,no problems at all . limited clip to 9 rounds , but it is a great inside the pants weapon.

Great , bought it for the wife and she can easily track it and load billets into the magazine, Thanks Smith & Wesson for making a fun for women and people that don't have the hands strength to track and load other 9mms on the market, also a great fun for the feel in your hands.

I have been very pleased with this weapons operation. My daughter is learning with this weapon and she ha s gained confidence utilizing the EZ slide feature. The weapon has operated flawlessly with est. 200 rounds. The factory sights are accurate. Great choice for a lady or person with a smaller hand/frame.BUDS delivered as expected in a fair time at a fair price as always.

After researching the best self-defense handguns for women, I decided on the 9MM Shield EZ. I would definitely recommend this gun. It is easy to handle in all aspects. The magazine is easy to load, the slide is easy to maneuver, and there is very little kickback.

This an awesome gun!! The magazine is easy to load thanks to the magazine tabs. It is real easy to slide and load, plus very accurate. Absolutely love this firearm! It was a first time pistol purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with the performance and overall durability,feel,and look of the gun. The slide is super smooth and easy with very minimal tension against you overall I love the gun and would buy another!

Received my gun and it was as described.
It is easy to rack, easy to shoot and does not have a lot of kick. Slightly larger and heavier than the 380 EZ but that is to be expected.
Definitely a great gun.
The only thing was the wait!

I love the gun. One of the best triggers I've ever shot on a carry weapon. The reset is fantastic, recoil is almost negligible (even on the 9mm) and it's incredibly accurate for a weapon of this size. I have the original Shield in 9mm and it doesn't come close to what this gun is IMO. This gun is slightly bigger than my original Shield but still very practical for a carry weapon. Very satisfied.

PROBLEMS WITH FTF, AND TRIGGER. DON'T THINK SAFETY ON GRIP IS WORKING PROPERLY.

The gun gets a 5 star review, except for the embedded RFID chip right behind the serial number. NO MORE TRUST OF SMITH & WESSON. I don't take kindly to spying and this chip is simply a device that allows tracking of the gun and the user at all times. Not my cup of tea. I will be surprised if this review is posted as it is not going to do Smiths sales any good.
