I don't purchase all too many firearms. I do enjoy getting a new gun when I see something that appears to be a good deal for the price I am paying. That is EXACTLY what I received when I purchased the Emperor King 12 Gauge Shotgun package. Actually, it was a GREAT deal for the price paid. Not only was the shotgun customizable for holding it to shoulder, or with pistol grip (I bought 2, so each one is different for me, best of both worlds!), but with the inclusion of Two 5 round magazines AND One 10 round magazine, it all came in a wonderful carrying/storage case. Easy to change, a pleasure to shoot, and now I have a great addition to my small collection of arms. I won't get all technical, there are plenty of reviews and documents for that. I will simply say - buy one (or 2, like I did!)! You won't be sorry!

Product is cool looking, really like all the accessories that came with this for the price. Only problem I have is the plastic cover on the birdhead grip was cracked and there were a few blemishes on the firearm. Looks like it was dropped. Not something I'm going to cry over since this is the 2nd FFL it was shipped to since Bass Pro doesn't like to transfer these type of firearms. Looking forward to putting some rounds through it.

Nice gun for the money. Fit & finish is decent. This isn’t a high-end shotgun but it’s a nice piece. Comes with 3 mags, 2 stocks/grips, removable folding sights, multiple rails. It’s put together well and it’s beefy. Plus it looks bad a**! If you’re looking for something for home defense this is it. I honestly think this gun would scare an intruder without even being loaded because it looks so wicked.

I was surprised when I received the gun. It’s actually way better than I expected. I admit I was worried that I was spending too much for the kit but I’m pleased so far. I haven’t had a chance to run any ammo thru it yet so this review is based only on lay-out fit and feel.

never considered it would be so heavy, duh...with so many shells in the larger magazine it's no wonder...such an intiminating presence this 12 ga pump has-can't wait to get it on the range...

Purchased 3 of these guns. Really cool looking but haven't had the chance to fire it yet. Main problem so far is that the shoulder stock arrived broken on 2 out of 3 of the guns. It seems that buds response was that i should have refused the gun, but did not spot the problem on the first gun that showed up.
Reached out to manufacturer, but have yet to receive a reply. The other guns remain at my ffl dealer while I wait on a response from manufacturer

I have not shot this gun yet, it will not load the shells from the 10 load magazine clip and the 5 round clip only loaded four rounds with the fifth one hanging up I will be going to the range and testing this Gun this is with the 12 gauge 3” #4

The gun is great in every way. It cycles great, shoots with very little recoi, and the metal magazine's work like a dream, and the case is well pretty heavy duty. But the only problem that I have is a big one in a way. The manual the one that comes with the gun is for a totally different gun but I have talked to Emperor Arms for the last two weeks and they keep telling me they are working on getting one made or sent out. We will see. But other then that the gun and all the extras are worth the money.

Just received this gun. Seems very well made. Have not fired it yet as it did not come with a manual. i did fire snap caps through all of the magazines that came with it. Not a single malfunction so I believe it will operate well once I do fire it. The gun itself is mostly self explanatory if you're at all familiar with shotguns. Changing the stocks is easy. Installing the pop up sights was easy as well. The mags go in and release easily so no complaints hardware wise. But a manual is necessary for safety reasons and for any little nuances that are relative to this particular gun.
I spoke to Buds about the manual and they told me to contact the gunmaker. The emails I got for Emperor at their website don't work but the phone number for the distributor SARAC does work and a very nice helpful lady told me to send an email to an address that she gave me. She said some other people that bought this gun did not get manuals either and they're working on it.
So that right there gives me hope.
Just a side note, if you're new to 12 ga. shotguns with box magazines be aware that the magazines are very large so the gun loses a bit of it's "compactness" once you put a magazine in - especially the 10 round one. Without the magazine out, it's about the size of a Mossburg Shockwave. So if you need small you'd be better off with a tube fed shotgun.
But with the mag in this gun it looks "bad a**" like something out of the future. When I took it out of the box at my gun dealer the other people that were there had to come over and check it out.

I am very impressed with the quality of this shotgun. There is very little plastic on this thing and has a pretty decent amount of weight to it. It feels nice to hold. Even the magazines are all metal which surprised me. I have not shot it yet but so far I am impressed and all my buddies and even the wife are jealous and wanting to buy one for themselves. If I absolutely had to complain about something I think it would be the pop-up sights are kind of funky and has a very small peep hole for the rear sight. I feel it takes way too long to line up the sights for a close encounter gun. I took mine off and installed a red dot which works better for me but I am no pro shooter. Just a hobbyist, they may work just fine for a more skilled shooter.. The case it comes in is nice and will protect the gun from being banged around. It comes with the bird head grip installed but was very easy to swap to the pistol grip stock. Would definitely buy again. Also I paid an extra 30$ to have a lifetime warranty which seems worth it to me. This was an impulse buy that turned out well.

I have not had a chance to shoot the gun yet, but it feels solid and well made. One huge problem is that they do not include an instruction manual for this shotgun. They instead include a generic instruction manual that provides nothing specific about this shotgun. It provides general pump action shotgun/firearm safety and basics. They state in this manual to email them to get an updated version designed for the King 12 shotgun. I emailed them, but did not receive a reply. So I called the Sarac distributor, who informed me that they will send me a manual when they get them in. This may not be an issue for some people, but I feel it is a huge issue. It has been a week and a half and I'm still waiting for a manual on this shotgun. Unfortunately, since I do not want to use the shotgun until I read the instruction manual, I cannot provide any review comments on its usability.

This is the most kick ass shotgun ever!
I had some issues at first because the gun shop I got it from gave me the wrong ammunition :(
It needs shells at least 2-3/4 to 3"
Anything less jams.
After getting to correct ammo it works great!
Looks bad a**, feels very solid abs shoots great!
Even shooting just using the handgrip it's very accurate!
This is the perfect Zombie defense gun!
