Uberti did it again, this is my new favorite by far. Fit and finish is excellent (a little cloudyness in one side of grip), cleaned up nice, ran about 200 rounds through it, cleaned it again. Case hardened colors and marbling look excellent, trigger is crisp, sights are spot on, lock up is excellent. Weight is very good, you can tell you are holding a big boy toy, no recoil whatsoever. This is my eighth Uberti of various styles and calibers and they have never been any less than excellent. Worth the wait and frustration and the collection grows!

Really solid and high quality for the price (~$450 in 2017). After very heavy use I had to replace the trigger bolt spring, but otherwise it has operated without issue. Only other issue is that the sights are not adjustable and it shoots to the left about 5-6" at 50 yards.

Fun gun to shoot, 12 rounds is much more enjoyable than six. Only downside is ejecting and loading 12 rounds at a time instead of six but what can you do. Accurate and fun, just what I ordered it for, would buy again for sure.

I picked this up at my FFL on January 7th and I performed a brief examination of the gun prior to doing the transfer paperwork. I was primarily concerned with the mechanical function of the firearm and I closely examined the metal fit & finish. The finish of the metal was good, and the case hardening was excellent; however, there was a 1/4 in scratch on the bottom of the barrel toward the end next to the ejector rod housing. I plan on using it as a “shooter” so I decided to keep it since it seems mechanically fit. These are hard to find so that weighed in on my decision to not send it back. However, when I got home and started looking at it closer I noticed a rough spot on the walnut grip at the top on the right side. It noticeably sticks out and is unsightly if you get it in the light just right. It appears to be a crack in the wood. I called Bud’s and they referred me to Uberti warranty here in the US. Uberti is willing to take a look at it and they want me to ship it to them; however, I’ll be without the gun for 6-8 weeks. Uberti won’t send me a replacement grip unless they personally inspect it, which is a bad policy in my opinion. Uberti’s quality control needs to step up a notch-this should never have left the factory like this. I may just keep it and order a set of checkered grips for replacement. I love the gun though and the 12 shot capacity is awesome! It’s a full size revolver and the fact that it’s solid steel is really nice. Overall it’s a nice cowboy gun and has a solid feel. Just inspect your firearms closely prior to doing the paperwork, especially the finish and wood stocks.

Another great purchase from Buds! The quality of this Uberti 12 shooter was great and it functioned well and shot right to point of aim.
Have a Wolff spring kit coming to lighten up the hammer and trigger pull a bit. Did a little polishing on the action and deburring and it smoothed any roughness out nicely. Great .22 shooter for the money and Bud's shipping was great!

I have a 357 Cattleman El Patron and this gun looks and feels just like it. The 22LR is a lot cheaper to practice with and a lot of fun to shoot. I took it to the range and it performed very well. This is a very good gun. Why would I say that. Well it was a pleasure to shoot and with a 12 round capacity I could shoot more than just 6 shoots at a time. I got this gun within a week from Bud's. I had to share this gun with all my shooting buds and they liked it as well.

The gun was very nice except one of the 12 little catches on the back of the cylinder that are used to rotate it has a chip, so sure enough, most of the time, one of the hammer cocks(out of 12) fails to hold all the way back. So over all this particular gun is a piece of crap. Getting it fixed is pending.. If i had a nice cylinder for it, it would be awesome. Very nice weight, very nice to hold and use.

Absolutely beautiful revolver. Fit and finish are 1st rate. And as usual, Bud's does not disappoint either. Easy process and had the gun in hand quickly.

It is a beautiful work of art and feels comfortable when I hold it. I have large hands it also feels comfortable when my wife holds it who has small hands. You can tell that it is quality built, very solid.
The gun range I usually use is closed at the time but should open on a limited basis soon so I am looking forward to seeing how it shoots. I have read the reviews on the Uderti's and they are very positive. And thanks to Bud's for the fast shipping and supporting Hickok 45 who's videos I watched and saw this pistol in action.

Well made gun. Fit and finish are first class. Shoots fine. Timing is good. Bluing and case harden finish are good. Wood grip nicely finished. No complaints. I would buy another Uberti.

Always a pleasure purchasing from Buds. Quick, easy, good communication and great price. One small thing, not a huge deal but it would have been nice had they not put the yellow order info sticker on the box which ended up tearing the box face when removing. Or a sticker that was more easily removable w/o damage.

I have several high end 22’s and this is now my favorite one. The fit and finish is excellent and it shoots as good as it looks. Mine shoots point of aim. It’s a revolver so it’ll shoot whatever 22 ammo you desire. I’ll be purchasing it’s big brother in 45 next! I had no idea Uberti was putting out such a beautiful gun.

First Gun Purchase from Buds, have order many other things in the past, but first "toy" purchases from Buds. Excellent experience, even though having to wait almost a week for it to ship on top of the horrible 7 day wait in my state after that. The gun is beautiful, just as shown. I will be heading to the range on Friday to break it, but fit, finish are top notch. And 12 rounds is awesome, especially in a state where magazine are limited to 10 rounds. I was surprised it was approved in Maryland.

The only reason I’m giving this cattlemen 4/5 is because I haven’t had a chance to get to the range. This revolver is a quality piece. The color case hardening is beautiful, the grips are gorgeous!!! It’s heavy and feels well made. I will be buying more of these Ubertis!!!

The quality and finish of this pistol is great. It is a little heavier than a normal 45 colt 1873 because of the barrel being the same outside diameter but smaller inside diameter because it is a 22 but it is still balanced well. Having a 12-shot cylinder is icing on the cake! Would highly recommend.

Arrived with a 2" scratch under the barrel from what looks like when the ejector assembly was installed at the factory. Ordered the last one Buds had, so returning it for a replacement isn't much of an option. Guess I'll keep it and try reblueing the scratch (at additional time and expense). Very underwhelming for a $425 firearm with supposed great fit and finish.

This is my second Uberti I have owned, first being chamberd in 45lc, this one is however more affordable to shoot. Craftmanship is second to none. Gun is a bit muzzle heavy but that was expected. Buds Guns really delivers the goods. This was my second purchase and I could not be more satisfied. Thanks to Buds and Uberti, looking forward to doing more business in the near future.

This was my 5th purchase from buds. Super easy, super cheap, and super fast. This firearm looks even better in person. It comes completely covered in oil. I took it out before cleaning it and had issues with some things sticking. Took it home and cleaned her up real good and now its flawless. I really like that its a full sized revolver, most 22's are smaller. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Invested considerable time in researching SAA style .22LR revolvers. This Uberti won hands down. Great fit and finish, excellent operation. Perfect timing, solid lockup, sights are dead-on. Buds shipping was lightning fast (Team Buds Member). Price was very competitive and product arrived in perfect condition. Kudos to Buds for their service and to Uberti for producing a fine firearm.
