Excellent all around gun, A+++!

This is my duty gun and it's fantastic. For me,I don't like plastic triggers. So the first thing I did was put an aluminum trigger in it. I didn't change the weight(my dept doesn't allow modification of firearms)the pull weight is fine. The ergo's are great, this is one of the best feeling pistols for my hand. The only thing I would change would be not getting the F model in my beat up and abused squads, the length of the grip get's stuck in seat holes all the time. But on the other hand all the ammo it holds is comforting.This thing is a joy to shoot. I'm not and never have been a fan go Glock, they don't fit in the hand very well.I think a good deal of confidence is needed to shoot well and having a pistol that is superior in grip comfort definitely adds to that.The coating has come off almost in the first month from my Dara holster. It hasn't rusted, but I do take care of my weapons.I have heard of a few rusting at the pin areas, but again mine has not. The coating was a bit of a disappointment because it looks like a beater now. But it has functioned flawlessly. The LE model I got has an easy to find large dot tritium front sight.I did have my trijicon rmr on it but since mine is a solar power or tritium for night model.And for what ever reason Triggy only has it in amber and you can't find the sight on a white target for qualifiers, it had to go. I will put something else on it eventually I do like the Holosun box sights. The T509 looks like an option. I just hate relying on batteries for a sight, just something else to fail when you need it.But back to the Big P, I can't say enough about it's comfort and shoot ability.

I absolutely love this gun. I also purchased a US made P10C at the same time. Both guns are excellent shooters. For those wondering about co-witnessing with an optic... the rear sight isn’t truly blacked out. It has Tritium inserts that are slightly tinted a shade of black. I absolutely love the sight picture with or without my Venom mounted, and the orange outline on the front sight makes for seamless sight alignment.
