It was meant to BE that I got myself the 'BIG Bro' to my 20DS. And the 4 inch IS Plenty as far as 'Concealability', and the Comfort that comes with It. I actually had a {Former} Co Worker that did 'Leatherwork', making me an 'Italian' Tan' holster that would accommodate the 'Chin' Laser I had for it. It was 'Totally' worth the 'Respectable' Fee, and 'Investment' for the Craftsmanship involved. And I've Never looked back.

Probably the best firearm I have ever had the pleasure of using! It's far more comfortable to hold than I had thought it would be. The trigger is smooth and easy to pull. The thumb cocker is also easy to reach and pull. The way the recoil is absorbed when firing makes this far and above better than any other revolver! This has quickly become my favorite!

It was easy to buy and receive. The Rhino was just like the one online and was brand new and in great shape when I received it.

The Chiappa Rhino is such nice gun! Not only does it looks amayzing! It also fires so smoothe. The whole deal when smoothly with Budsguns. I will be ordering again.

Fantastic firearm for the money, I barely even notice 38 special recoil.

This is absolutely the best revolver I have shot. Very, very nice. Well made and worth every penny! My wife, who has rheumatoid arthritis, was able to shoot 357 magnums like they were nothing. This gun is a joy to shoot. We shoot 100 rounds 357 through it. They only reason to shoot 38 special is price of ammo, not recoil. If you are looking for a hi powered gun with no recoil, this is it!! Everyone at the range wanted to shot it, and absolutely loved it. You will not regret this purchase!

The Chiappa is AWESOME! I know they have a whole gambit of guns to choose from... between 22, 9mm, .38, .357, revolvers, semi's rifles, & shotguns. Bud's pricing, availability and warranty make's it a WIN - WIN!! I chose to go with the 40DS .357 revolver. (The hype is true!!! low to no recoil cause it comes back into your hand!) *Firing from 6 o'clock bore-access. Love the gun and very happy with the purchase and handling from Bud's. Many thanks to Buds and I will be a returning customer for sure!

Nice 357 low recoil The best part was dealing with BUDS . I placed my order on 8/11 a Saturday and picked up at my FFL 8/15 . This was my second order fro Buds and will not be the last best prices and no sales tax !!!!

Accurate and mild recoil. My third Rhino and just as I expected, put 250 rounds through it the day I got it. Very pleased with the quality and function. Also my third purchase from Buds. Great customer experience! The first FFL I selected for the transfer was unable to schedule delivery so after a phone call to customer service my revolver was returned to Buds and re-shipped to a new local FFL. That entire process took only 2 days! Thanks Buds!

First impressions greatly exceeded my expectations. Gun fired extremely accurate right out of the box with no adjustments made to the sight. The new model comes standard with adjustable fiber optic rear sights. Chiappa has not updated their information on their website yet. They still show the model coming with the standard adjustable rear trench sight. As advertised it has very little muzzle flip firing hot .357 loads. Shooting .38 special feels like a .22. Very impressive! You must get your hands on one of these revolvers. A review does not do it justice. You must "experience" the feel for yourself. I went to the range with a female companion and her boyfriend. They both took six shots and turned to me with a shocked looked on their face. The guy intently said he was getting one. The woman said she was concerned it would be too much gun for her, but had absolutely no problems with the recoil. She liked it as well. However, my second impression took the shine off of the gun just a little. After putting 200 rounds through it I sat down to clean it and noticed a few areas of concern. I have since put in a warranty request into Chiappa to find out if this is normal or if the revolver has warranty issues. 1. The cylinder has a wobble to it and as you reload the revolver and close the cylinder it rubs against the gun frame. This has already caused wear along the hexagonal edges of all six chambers. 2. The screw that attaches the cylinder to the cylinder arm (the screw right in front of the cylinder, not the screw that attaches the arm to the frame of the gun) was about 4 turns loose. I tightened it up, but have not fired it again, so I can't tell you if this is going to be an ongoing problem. 3. The torx screw on the frame of the revolver directly in front of the cocking lever was 3 turns loose. Again, I tightened it up, but have not fired more rounds through it so I can't tell you if this is going to be an ongoing issue. Even with the three issues stated above, I still highly recommend this revolver to anyone.
