I have been using this ammo since 1976 for deer. Two years ago I tried PSP Core Lockt and was successful but I did not feel it had the same hitting power as the soft point. I went back to the SP last year. This could totally be me thinking this, I have seen the ballistic tests and understand penetration but just feel better with the round nose. Buds had the ammo, shipped very quick and at a fair price.

Got drawn for elk. Great round, one shot at 100 yards and blew the heart out!

Bought in bulk because I cannot beat this round for shooting in the thick woods on the northeast. They have Cycled flawlessly through my700, 7600, and 7400 Remington.

Bought the wrong bullets looking for the pointed soft points not these so I gave them to my son
