This was my first gun purchased through Buds and I could not have been more happy and impressed at the quick shipping and flawless information sent to my FFL. It made the purchase experience outstanding. I love the 1875 (Uberti/Cimmeron) Remington clone. It shoots more on less on target with the fixed sights. I have only run about 30 rounds through it. However, the action is outstanding and the trigger pull is smooth and light right out of the box. Very happy with this purchase. I will probably shoot 38 specials rounds out of it most of the time, but it is nice to be able to load with 357 magnums when necessary.

I bought this and a 1851 from Cimarron and am very happy with both. The thing I like about this one is how easy it is to load and unload. I would highly recommend this revolver, especially if you are new to single action revolvers. Shooting .38 out of it has virtually no recoil. Because of the rib under that barrel, this revolver does have some heft to it. It's nothing crazy, but just generally a little heavier than some other single actions.

I bought one last year in .357 Mag for Cowboy shooting. I also bought a Model P in .357 Mag. I like the weight, feel, and overall look of this gun compared to the Colt clones. I liked it so much I just received a new one from buds a couple of weeks ago. So, if I bought two of them, it is easy to assume that I really like this gun. The only thing I do not like, is the grips on both the Colt and Remington are small. So, I bought extended grips for all three.

I FREAKIN LOVE this gun. The trigger is smooth and ridiculously light….I mean breath on it and it fires. And this thing is stupid accurate. Super cool look and incredibly functional. Gorgeous, fun, and accurate…is there anything else?

I just bought this gun in 357 mag.It shoots all over the place and way to the the left. I tried different loads all shot bad.Jacked bullets key hole at 25 yards.Cylinder chamber mouths are bored .367 thats way to big. Just another junk gun. I took it to the chop saw and cut it up and chunked it in the trash. One lesson learned no more Uberti junk.

Absolutely beautiful 1875 Remington Replica by Cimarron/Uberti. Excellent in every way in a 38/357Magnum Caliber. Because of current technology, AutoCad programs and current metals, it is probably much better made and quality than the original.

Once again Bud’s wins in my book. I bought two of these, both were flawless and function perfectly. Shipping was fast. I recommend Bud’s to everyone looking to buy a new gun. Always the lowest prices and extremely easy transaction process.

I purchased this pistol for a graduation gift for my son, and to say that he was pleased would be a gross understatement. This is a beautifully made revolver. I was a little leery about the case coloring, based on the picture here that Bud's uses, thinking that due to the rarety of this particular model in .357 that the photo shown was a picture of the actual revolver that Bud's has in stock. It is not. It is a stock photo, and the exact photo is used elsewhere. Why Cimarron would use a picture with what seems to me as washed out looking color-hardening is a mystery, since my son's pistol is absolutely beautiful in the finish department. The pistol shoots tight groups, but being a fixed sighted gun that can shoot a very wide variety of loads, in both bullet weight as well as velocity, I would suggest experimenting to see what your gun shoots closest to where the sights are looking, since faster and/or lighter loads seem to shoot lower than slower and/or heavier loads. My son originally wanted a .45 Colt chambered gun, but when we priced ammunition, and found a serious scarcity of loads locally, the .38 /.357 made a lot more sense. My son argued for authenticity, but this particular revolver, a Remington copy, wasn't offered in .45 until several years into its life, so technically a .45 Colt isn't as authentic as it seems. Besides, with factory ammunition, the .357 is MUCH more pistol than a .45 Colt. We found out by calling a couple of local stores that we could buy 100 .38 Special P jacketed hollow points for 50 cents cheaper than 20 .45 Long Colts designed for defensive use. Yes, you can shop online and find a "cheap" box of 50 45's for around $43 dollars, and your local stores may keep those in stock, but for my money, the .357 makes more sense. And it makes watermelons tremble! I definitely recommend it.

if you didnt get one i dont think you ever will. this was a hard one to find in .357 mag. and of course buds had it because they have everything. i like the feel of this over the SAA little more grip to hold on to but the action is sloppy. i often miss half cock because it doesnt always make a crisp click. the quality of the work matches the model it looks like it was made in 1875. there are notches in the metalwork around the cylinder housing. the grips dont completely fit and hang off the metal in some spots. sight are mostly on but with all guns like this some adjustment is manually done when firing to compensate. the 357 mag hits home with some pop but the 38 special is a joke in this gun. makes it feel like a .380. overall not to bad. i was excited to get a Remington clone and in 357 mag. but the gun itself as a whole did not deliver. shoots great but flaws are apparent. lucky for me it is not 1875 and this is a "fun" gun.
