This 380 is accurate,light weight and easy to shoot.It has a long trigger pull that You have to get used to but is very Positive and easy to control. the 10 rd magazine gives you confidence that you can complete any task at hand. It fits my kdex IWB holster perfectly and conceals very easily.It fired HP,flat nosr.round nose and all bullets without a problem.I have 7 to 800 rounds through this gun and it works.

surprisingly good for the price. Although trigger is long, it will bang whenever the trigger is pulled.

I wanted another 380 gun small in size for conceal and carry. Saw a few reviews on this gun and then bought one. Great gun for the price. Light weight, small and works fine. 300 rounds through it so far and no FTF or FTE. My wife took it to the range and came home and ordered one for herself and loves it.

I like SCCY products. Reliable and well made for a polymer handgun. Warranty, customer service, and 2nd Amendment support are second to none. A well made American firearm at an affordable price.
Only negative I have for the lineup is in regards to the frame and slide widths, especially the CPX380. All their models make for a bulky grip circumference that does not accommodate a huge portion of the market these pistols might otherwise appeal to. A fatter grip makes for a longer trigger reach. Was hoping the CPX3 would resolve this, but not so.
Love the pistols, would prefer ac-reduction the width.

I ordered my SCCY CPXTT on a Wednesday and received it on the following Tuesday. My FFL is closed on Monday. This is the fifth or sixth firearm I have ordered from Bud's and I don't think they can be beat on price and service. I am a very satisfied customer. The SCCY .380 was a pleasant surprise. I expected I would have to do a fluff and buff, etc. to get it to work. I was wrong. I did load and unload the magazines several times and checked and lightly oiled the rails and went to the range. It shot perfectly with FMJ, hollow points. No malfunctions at all. My second trip to the range had the same results. It is easy to rack the slide and the magazines eject without hangup. The trigger pull is long like a revolver but I expected that. It was very smooth with no stacking that I found. It does have a long reset but that is a training issue to get use to. It shots to the point of aim and the recoil is very light. I have had several little .380's that had more recoil than a 9mm. This does not. It fits my hand very good and I do not think I will have to add a grip cover. With proper defense ammo and 10 plus 1 rounds I will use it as a concealed carry at times, beyond just fun to shoot at the range. Overall, a very high quality firearm and Bud's can't be beat.

The gun is perfect, one the best 380acp's on the market. Would recommend to anyone. The gun arrived the very next day. Buds service was good as usual. I'm always telling others of your service and options.

The trigger is smoother than a Sig.P 290,Rm .380, and S&W Bodyguard .380. The Quality of the SCCY is equal to any double action gun that I have . Avery good value for your money.

First off Buds was great from order to quick shipping to my FFL.
As for the CPX-3 the jury is still out. I hadn't even taken the gun to the range yet when I discovered 2 of the 3 mags would only load 9 rounds.
A call to SCCY customer service and she told me to send in the gun and the mags and they would replace them. I asked why replace the gun when the mags have the issue ans she informed me some changes have been made to the CPX-3 since mine was manufactured so I qualified for replacement.
They received mine back yesterday and I'll be eagerly awaiting the replacement. So far I'm pleased with how SCCY has handled this issue.

This came with a third magazine which was a pleasant suprise. Shot it today 100 rounds with no issues. Nice gun to shoot, minimal recoil. Sights are on. Trigger reset will take some getting use to. Have purchased several guns from Bud's. Most on layaway. Never a problem! Very happy with Buds.

I'm very disappointed what does SCCY 380 the magazines are so hard to load it came with 3 magazines all three had the same difficulties loading I could see if it was one but they're all made the same that is a problem gun regret buying it

So far, I'm impressed. I previously had the CPX-2 (9mm), which I gave to my adult son as his first handgun. These pistols' triggers have a long, smooth pull with no real stacking and a clean break at the end. The CPX-3 is very accurate out to close self-defense range of 21 feet, and with the light .380 load and the hand-filling grip, it is very manageable. I am currently testing it with three ladies who who want a good semi-auto carry pistol but are recoil sensitive. This is a great beginner's pistol.

SCCY has been promising this gun for 3 years since the 2016 shot show, and I was eager to get one. This gun is a disappointment. It comes with 3 ten-round magazines from the factory, but the magazines don't work well. They are very difficult to load past the 7th bullet. Magazines rarely drop out when I pushed the magazine release button, so I had to reach over and pull them out when they were empty. The hole in the mag that shows the 10th round is too high, so it looks like your mag isn't full when it is full. Worst of all, I had countless failure-to-feed malfunctions caused by the bullets getting lodged nose-down against the front of the magazine. I was using common winchester .380 wal-mart ammo. The gun also ejects spent shell casing up and back toward the shooter. I had hot brass land down my collar, on my head, and into my arms and body many times. Aside from these problems, the gun seemed to put shots on target nicely, and it fits my large hands well. Sights are good, and fit & finish is great. Recoil was about as low as you can get. The 9 pound trigger seemed good for me. I will be returning this gun to the SCCY factory to see if their excellent service and warranty reputation is real. I hope they correct these issues because this gun has excellent potential for pocket carrying. As far as I can tell, this is the lightest double-stack 380 pistol in the world. Buds was great.
