I got this because I really like shooting 1911s, but I don't like paying for 45 acp. All the controls feel like a grown-up 1911, trigger is light & crisp, and the sight picture is pretty much the same as any other 1911. So, I can practice a lot without breaking the bank. I shoot this pistol a lot using Federal 36-grain, copper-plated hollow points. It cycles really well. In the 1000 or so rounds I've put through it, I've only had one FTE that I can remember. It groups nicely. Buds had a good price & good service.

Strait out of the box at 25 yards I put 100rds of Winchester 40gr thought mine with no problems shoots a bit right but that's just a matter of drifting the sight a bit left no big deal groups well for a 22lr. I'm pleased with my purchase and as always Buds was spot on with great service.

I've had this gun a few years and put several thousand rounds through it. It has always worked flawlessly, as long as I feed it quality ammo. It doesn't like the cheap, bulk ammo, but use CCI Minimags or SK Semi-auto and it cycles like a champ. Its definitely one of the better 1911s in 22 LR on the market.

Shot this for the first time at the range today, and it was extremely fun. It feels really good in the hands, the trigger has a crisp break, but with some sag on the reset. Accurate for a 22lr and zero failures to feed with CCI Mini-Mag. Very fun semi-auto pistol.

This gun is ok. For the price l expected a little nicer. I shoots well but l have had a couple of jams with it even with cci ammo. For the money l would probably look at more options for a firearm than this. It still works ok and is cool looking.. l did have an issue with the main spring and front piece went flying while l was shooting but after contacting the company ,they sent me a new spring right away without any hassles! That says alot about company policies! I was impressed by that. If you have never owned a 22lr handgun you will probably love this. ������� -

I bought this on a whim...beautiful gun... Although I’ve only fired about 60 rounds, it was perfect...great looking....accurate...and an inexpensive good buy.

Budsgunshop delivered handgun in 4 days. Came with only one magazine, but extras are easy to get from from Buds or other dealers. Worth getting for target practice or armadillos.

As with other firearm purchased from Buds in the past I purchased this Walther's 1911. This is a great firearm and I could not be happier making this purchase. Great pistol, very accurate. Few, if any jams after 2 years. I have an old Ruger Standard .22 which was my favorite target gun. The Walther/Colt may have
taken it's spot. Easy to shoot tight groups. I recommend.

It is no colt, its a walther clone and you are getting what you paid for. But as gifts go; I didnt hear a complaint!

First of all let me start by saying “Wow;” Walter/Umarex knocked it out the of the park. The controls feel like an authentic 1911 and the “shootability” is wonderful. The gun shoots nice. It runs reliably with only a couple of hiccups. It’s not only fun to shoot, but also makes a good training gun. I was surprised to find that these have been in production for several years but only seemed to show up on the radar relatively recently. This is a high value pistol as for as reliability, good construction, accuracy, as well as faithfulness to the control surfaces of the 1911 platform.

I own a couple of Springfield 9mm semi-auto pistols, and love them...but I have to say the feel in the hand for the 1911 style is nice...not sure I can pin down why, but it feels very nice in the hand is all I can say. Have not had any chance to judge accuracy due to ammo shortage, but the plan is for plinking...also like the grip plates that can be very easily changed. The slide doesn't feel as rigidly or precision as my springfields but again the feel in the hand is so good.

I cannot comment on my 2 pistols. They were shipped from Buds to a USP shipper in Muscle Shoals Alabama in route to my ffl store but they got stolen there. We tracked them to UPS and with the help of Buds was able to find the dock worker that had taken them. So glad they caught him. I didn’t buy any insurance , this was the first time I didn’t buy it will be the last time. Always make sure you have insurance. Thanks Bud for the help. I will be back for more.

I am very please with my purchase of the Walther Arms/Colt 1911 22lr. The look is fantastic, I also always like the looks of the 1911's. The weight of it is great and it has a good feel to it. While I haven't fired it yet, I can't wait to.
