I plan on using these this upcoming deer season, as long as they shoot good in my rifle. I have ever used solid copper before, but I thought I would try them. I like the idea of total pass-through shots for blood trail in our dense woods. Too many deer are lost here, without a good blood trail. If I get one, I will give an updated review as to how well they work. Buds is awesome to deal with.

I like the Deputy and so far no issues. Definitely a little spicy to shoot, but fun nonetheless. Bud's made the process simple and met my expectations.

As for the ammo the federal HST +P ammo is a solid carry ammo that doesn't break the bank per box, runs great and feels more punchy yet crisp when firing. I love the ammo, would definitely recommend if youre looking for a solid carry or duty ammo.

Buds had one the best prices I could find for Winchester 45. Range ammo, ive noticed Winchester pistol ammo tends to shoot alot cleaner then some of their rifle ammo. Pretty accurate and definitely a go too for range ammo.
