I have two of these magazines and absolutely love them. Obviously having 12+1 in a pocket carry is great but if you have larger hands it really helps you achieve a proper grip. Be mindful that since it is extend it's not flush so if that's an issue for how you carry take that into consideration.

I bought this pistol in January 2026 and waited until now to review it after shooting 200 rounds of 124 RN and HP. The pistol has had no issues and is very accurate. Like all HiPowers it handles well and points naturally. It has some weight to it and is very comfortable to shoot. The trigger has settled in at 3.5 lbs. I have many 1911 pattern pistols and enjoyed shooting them for 50 years and this HighPower is equal to the best of them. While it isn't cheap, this pistol exemplifies the saying "You get what you pay for". However, like most of my pistols, I did swap out the grips for a set of VZs. As always, Bud's made the purchase easy and the price was better than anywhere else. Thank You to The Team!

Really like the Magtech ammo. It it's a god and consist ammo box to box, and it seems to burn pretty decently and is not overly dirty. I think it's advertised muzzle velocity is 1250fps for a 10mm, versus others being around 1000/1050 fps, so you do get nice recoil and gun performance. My FN510 likes this ammo.
