I was definitely impressed with the S&W competitor HD. For an entry level competition pistol, it has surpassed my expectations. The trigger took some getting used to as the reset is different than most. There's no audible or palpable "reset". She's a tack driver!

Good looking revolver, well balanced and accurate with great fiber optic front sights with rear adjustable sights. Grips are to small for my hands but do to partial rubber makes them manageable. I bought the Houges mono rubber grips for the range. And found some fantastic wooden grips on Amazon for carrying. Trigger pull very heavy and long. Spring kit from mcarbo that I installed took care of the heavy pull, but still a longer pull than my Ruger GP100. This was a fathers day gift from my daughter. Im happy with this revolver.

Very accurate and am very happy with this product

Seems everyone focuses on how well these chargers work, that is understandable, however, they accommodate the USGI metal stripper clips as well and I've never seen anyone mention weight. 100 Thermold stripper clips(fuel Sticks) weigh the same amount as 19 USGI metal stripper clips. 100 USGI stripper clips weigh 2.1 pounds. That has to be considered when packing your ruck/kit. Not only are the Magazine chargers excellent, the whole system works efficiently. As designed, long before any of the current competing products existed. Hats off to Will Howard
