Really nice revolver....

Really nice revolver. But buyer beware, even though it has a ported barrel it still kicks like a mule with .44 Rem. Mag. Cartridges. I wish it was heavier by using a steel barrel shroud instead of aluminium to increase weapon weight and aid in taming recoil. I elect to shoot .44 Special in it making it a blast to shoot !

I considered giving it...

I considered giving it a 4 instead of a 5 cause its a b*tch to get the 9th and 10th inserted but that is not a fault of the mag but more lack of popeye in the loader .. This works great no issues

mazing 12-gauge...

mazing 12-gauge shotgun. Shipping took about 10 days coast-to-coast, but that wasn't an issue for me. I am so glad I paid a little more for the camo look; it looks like it belongs in the next Rambo movie. I took it to my favorite quarry and let her rip.The first box was frustrating. Getting the magazine to seat correctly is something that needs to be learned—or more accurately, "felt." As many YouTubers have shared, don't push it up too far. I didn't think I was, but it wouldn't chamber a round; worse, if it goes $1/4$ inch too far, it's a pain to pull back out. Here is the trick: Push the magazine up until it clicks, then pull down until you feel a "sweet spot." It's the point where there is just a tiny bit of movement up and down, but it remains secure. Then, either pull back and release the charging handle or hit the paddle. It will feed perfectly every time. I continued to use both the 10- and 5-round magazines with this method and shot five boxes without further issues. On that first day, I had only one failure to eject during the first box. Everything else shot perfectly. I didn't use the recommended 3" heavy loads since all I had was standard #7 ½ and #8 for trap shooting. It comes with a piston to better support the gas action on heavy loads, but I don't think I'll be using it for that. I did fire several 00 buck 12-pellet rounds, which the stock piston handled fine; I don't want to shoot anything bigger in this as it's a bit "sporty," and I have other shotguns for the heavy stuff.I love that they included a nice set of chokes. Shooting "Full" with #7 ½ at cans and jugs is a total blast and gives a new meaning to shooting fun. I have the flip-up sights dialed in, and anything out to 30 yards is "night-night." I also bought a red dot (UUQ EagleC28 Shake Awake) and discovered the real meaning of carnage. It's mounted just behind the rear flip-up so I can use both or either sight. In total, I'm at about 200 shells with no jams and only that one early failure to eject. One last tip: switch the choke to "Skeet" and use a red dot—it's hard to miss. Remember to always keep a choke in when shooting and cleaning. I put a wine cork in if I have the choke out for any reason so I don't forget!
